Cary-Grove 3, Grayslake North 0: Emma Gaulke went 2-for-3 with a double and Winning pitcher Lindsay Efflandt (23-1) struck out five for No. 8 Cary-Grove (26-1).
Andrew 10, Kankakee 0: Winning pitcher Brooke Hofer (16-9) fanned eight and allowed just three hits in the win for Andrew (25-9). Gabby D’Oronzo had one double and two RBI while Katie Burke and Kelly Christner had two RBI each.
Carmel 9, Nazareth 3: Sally Snarski went 2-for-4 with five RBI to power Carmel. Kelly Dodge went 3-for-4 with two runs.
Crystal Lake Central 5, Prairie Ridge 3: Taylor Ward tossed a complete game, striking out 10 to notch the victory for Crystal Lake Central (23-7). Brittany York went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI and Sara McConnell went 1-for-3 with an RBI.
Curie 12, Longwood 2: Julia Negrete 2-for-4 with a triple, double, two RBI and one run to lead Curie (16-5) in the win. Ana Zapata went 1-for-3 with a triple, three RBI and run. Winning pitcher Mia Melendez struck out four.
Downers South 3, Glenbard West 2: Marissa Mersch went 3-for-4 with a double, run and stolen base for Downers South (24-6). Jenny Nichols went 2-for-4 with a double and Katy LaCivita went 2-for-3 with a game-winning RBI. Aleisha Bozek (10-3) was the winning pitcher.
Elk Grove 3, Marengo 2: Winning pitcher Dani Goranson fanned 14 in the win for Elk Grove (28-4).
Fremd 13, Maine South 0: Allie Gaeding (3-for-3, two RBI, two runs) and Megan Hubbard (2-for-4, double, three RBI) led Fremd (25-5-1).
Huntley 5, Grayslake Central 0: Huntley (15-16) was led by Brittany Koss (1-for-3, homer, RBI), Randi Peterson (1-for-3, double, two RBI), Kelsey Hagan (1-for-3, RBI), and Nikki DeMarco (2-for-3, run).
Marian Catholic 15, St. Viator 0: Marian Catholic (28-5, 17-1 East Suburban Catholic) was powered by Becca Stanton (2-for-2, homer), Bri Clark (3-for-4, homer, two doubles, three RBI) and Rachel Glenn (3-for-3, homer, three RBI).
Oak Forest 10, Bremen 0: Oak Forest (17-2) was powered by Emily Naegele (3-for-3, three RBI, three runs) and Jourdan Skirha (1-for-2, three RBI). Winning pitcher Colleen Sherwood tossed a no-hitter.

Wauconda 6, Deerfield 2: Cara Nance went 3-for-3 with a triple and two doubles. Brittany Ehmann (10-17) was the winning pitcher.
