Richards 6, Reavis 1: Kristina Apato went 3-for-4 and Brianna LeBeau went 2-for-4 for No. 2 Richards. Breanna Kaminski (2-for-4, two RBI), Danielle Kapple (2-for-4, two RBI) and Hannah Jenkins (2-for-4, run) also contributed offensively.

Downers North 2, Mother McAuley 0: Dale Ryndak threw a complete game five-hitter and hit a two-run homer to carry the No. 4 Trojans (28-3) over the Mighty Macs.

Sandburg 11, Homewood-Flossmoor 1: Lora Olson allowed three hits and struck out eight for No. 6 Sandburg ((21-5, 12-1 SouthWest Suburban Blue). Lizzie Wojtowicz (2-for-4, three RBI), Lexi Bryant (2-for-4, HR, two RBI), Karissa Kouchis (2-for-3, RBI) and Jess Perkins (HR) starred offensively for the Eagles.

Cary-Grove 9, Dundee-Crown 5: Emma Gaulke (3-0) scattered six hits and struck out two in six innings for No. 8 Cary Grove (24-1). Sarah Leudo belted a home run and drove in three runs.

Barrington 6, Schaumburg 2, 8 inn: The Fillies (24-10, 12-4 Mid-Suburban West) broke open a close MSL matchup in the eighth inning as Ellizabeth Owen and Kiersten Tinkoff both went 2-for-4 for the game.

Benet 6, St. Viator 1: Allyson Staats (20-8) struck out eight and walked none to pick up the victory. Mikayla Panko belted a two-run homer for Benet (22-9, 13-5 East Suburban Catholic).

Carmel 7, Deerfield 1: Nicole Bitter earned the win for the Corsairs.

Crystal Lake Central 6, Woodstock 1: Taylor Ward gave up three hits and fanned 12 over five innings for the win. Brittany York had a triple and three RBI for Crystal Lake Central (20-7).

De La Salle 7, Guerin 2: Kathy Crowley allowed eight hits and struck out five to notch the win. Anisa McHugh had a home run and drove in two runs for the Meteors (11-13).

Downers South 8, Leyden 2: Chelsea Lavin hit two home runs with three RBI and Marissa Mersch went 3-for-4 with an RBI for Downers South (22-6, 10-1 West Suburban Gold). Aleisha Bozek tossed a six-hitter for the win and also went 2-for-4 with an RBI at the plate.

Evanston 16, Highland Park 8: Anna Balch had a monster game going 6-for-6 with three doubles and eight RBI at the plate. Carolina Duke was the Wildkits’ other hitting star with four hits and three RBI.

Evergreen Park 6, Loyola 5: Michelle Putlak turned in a complete-game performance as Evergreen Park (17-10) edged the Ramblers. Teresa Ziebarth and Alyssa Langevin both went 2-for-3 at the plate.

Fenwick 1, Queen of Peace 0, 9 inn.: Jessica Mrozek allowed four hits over five innings to get the win for Fenwick (13-15). Natalie Marotta and Oliva Soja both finished 2-for-4 against the Pride.

Glenbard East 10, Montini 7: Jena Camp hit a pair of homers for Glenbard East. Pitcher Dana Camp notched the win.

Jacobs 12, Huntley 2: Amber Livingston gave up five hits and fanned three to earn the win for Jacobs. Maggie Hanson (2-for-3, HR, two RBI), Kelsey Peterson (HR, two RBI), Alyssa Lauch (3-for-4, three RBI) and Morissa Lombardo (2-for-4, three RBI) sparked the Rams’ offense.

Lemont 12, T.F. North 2: The Indians (22-7) rolled as Carli Kavanaugh went 4-for-5 with two homers, nine RBI and four runs while Rachel Hall went 3-for-3 with a triple, double and three runs. Becka Anderson notched the victory.

Libertyville 8, Lake Forest 1: Winning pitcher Emilie Teitz recorded seven strikeouts for Libertyville.

Lincoln-Way North 3, Lincoln-Way West 1: Bridget Stoh (7-4) threw a one-hitter and recorded four strikeouts for Lincoln-Way North (18-9). Jill Galich went 2-for-3 with a double and two RNI while Kristen Iverson had an RBI double.

Lisle 5, Westmont 0: Winning pitcher Bekka Houda (17-2) fanned five in the win for Lisle (24-4). Summer Stitt went 2-for-4 with a triple and two runs, while Melanie Early went 3-for-4 with an RBI.

Minooka 3, Oswego East 2: Katie Chitkowski drove in the game-winning run for Minooka (25-7). Kassie Marsala added two hits and Kayla Rvettiger had a double. Sara Novak (10-2) allowed just one hit and struck out 12 in a complete-game win.

Neuqua Valley 12, East Aurora 0: Marisa Donnelly (4-0) threw a two-hit shutout and struck out 10 for Neuqua Valley (15-8). Chelsea Miller and Rebecca Lincoln added three hits apiece.

Niles West 5, Regina 1: Gracie McDonaugh threw five innings of three-hit ball and fanned four for the win. Shelby Peters went 3-for-4 at the plate for Niles West (14-16).

Plainfield Central 14, Oswego 0: Corey Shahan allowed no hits and fanned five in five innings. Olivia Scott finished 2-for-4 with a homer and three runs for Plainfield Central (21-8).

Plainfield South 13, Plainfield North 2: Whitney Lanphier had a home run and drove in five runs and Alyssa Mannucci went 2-for-2 and scored four times for Plainfield South (6-18). Rachel Mickow was the winning pitcher.

Riverside-Brookfield 5, Ridgewood 1: After hitting four home runs last week, Becky Mantel stayed hot going 2-for-3 with a triple, two RBI and a run for the Bulldogs (21-7, 8-3 Metro Suburban). Rachel Dennenny (10-2) yielded five hits and struck out nine.

St. Ignatius 10, Gordon Tech 0: Ali Lenti struck out seven over three innings to earn the win for the Wolfpack (14-12-1). Maura Lynch struck out four in innings of relief while Diane Casini had a triple, double and scored two runs.

Shepard 10, Eiseenhower 0: Franchesca Graffeo had a home run, double and three RBI for the Astros. Devon Neubaur tosed a three-hitter and fanned nine for the win.

South Elgin 5, Metea Valley 0: Samantha Bolin earned a complete-game win for South Elgin (18-13). Kara Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with two RBI at the plate.

Stagg 14, Thornwood 0: Lea LaSota (21-5) turned in another dominant performance allowing one hit and striking out 12 hitters. Catherine Michels had a triple, two RBI and scored three times.

T.F. South 5, Oak Forest 4: Sophie Kessler went 2-for-3 with a triple, double and three RBI while Cori Reynolds went 2-for-3 with an RBI for T.F. South (13-10, 11-7 South Suburban Blue). Megan Frieling added a home run.

West Chicago 2, West Aurora 0: Mary Connolly (15-6) threw a one-hitter and struck out 11 for the Wildcats. Morgan Dastych and Amanda Gosbeth each hit a homer for West Chicago (17-9).

Willowbrook 9, Morton 8: Lizzie Kalal drove in the game-winning run for Willowbrook. Darian Pelsor earned the win.
