Sandburg 8, Lincoln-Way East 1: Winning pitcher Laura Olson gave up just one earned run and one hit while striking out five in the complete-game performance for No. 6 Sandburg (20-5, 11-1 SouthWest Suburban Blue). Lizzie Wojtowicz was 3-for-4 with two runs and an RBI.

Cary-Grove 3, Crystal Lake South 0: Winning pitcher Lindsay Efflandt (21-1) went the distance and allowed four hits while striking out six for No. 8 Cary-Grove (23-1).

Barrington 3, Fremd 0: Kiley Dolezal (19-7) pitched a complete-game win for Barrington (23-10) that featured five hits allowed as well as five strikeouts.

Brooks 6, Curie 2: Brooks (13-4, 10-4 Red-South) was fueled by Mari Hooper (complete game, four K’s) on the mound with Cynthia Hughes (2-for-4, two runs, double) and Sydney Blanch (2-for-3) aiding at the plate.

Chicago Christian 8, Montini 0: Lindsey Norway (10-6) gave up three hits and struck out 11 in the complete-game victory for Chicago Christian (17-10). Norway also went 2-for-4 at the plate, driving in three runs. Megan Glynn was 2-for-4, hit a home run and drove in two runs.

Conant 3, Palatine 2: Winning pitcher Bri Cavin scattered three hits and fanned nine.

Glenbard West 3, Oak Park 1: Taylor Langtry earned the win with five innings pithced, one earned run and four hits.

Huntley 11, Dundee-Crown 0: Winning pitcher Taylor Larson went five innings, giving up two hits and stricking out six in the shutout for Huntley (14-14, 8-5).

Joliet Catholic 3, Marist 2: Mallory Goulding pitched the win and Haley Gerl drove in two runs fot Joliet Catholic.

Kennedy 9, Morgan Park 4: Nicole Radtke had a strong performance on the mound for Kennedy (10-7). She allowed just three hits in the complete-game win. Erin Maca was 2-for-2 at the plate with two RBI and teammate Jen Doyle was 1-for-4 with two RBI.

Leyden 7, Addison Trail 2: Pithcer Morgan Maize (20-3) had a big day, throwing a complete game in which she gave up no earned runs and just two hits as well as striking out 11. Maize hit a home run and drove in three runs at the plate for Lyeyden (23-5). Christina was Morgan 2-for-3.

Lockport 5, Lincoln-Way Central 0: Allison Foley (1-for-3, home run) and Jessica Kobinski (1-for-1, home run) helped lead Lockport to victory.

Longwood 13, Jones 3: Armani Procter had 12 K’s en route to her win for Longwood (13-5-1).

Marian Catholic 10, Providence 0: Becca Gray (3-for-4, three runs scored) and Shawna Sadler (2-for-4, tripple, three RBI) powred Marian Catholic (25-5, 14-1 East Suburban Catholic).

Riverside-Brookfield 3, De La Salle 2: Kylie O’Connell pithed a complete game in the Riverside-Brookfield (20-7) win. Emily Hastings went 2-for-3 with a tipple, duble, two RBI and a run scored.

Taft 18, Lincoln Park 0: Kyra Vidas hit a homer and pitcher Kathleen Meersman (10-7) allowed only two hits in the Taft (14-15) win.

UIC Prep 19, Cristo Rey 1: Carolina Leanos pitched the win for UIC Prep (13-1) and struck out seven. Mary Olvera went for 4-for-4 at the plate with two RBI and Brianna Dowling went 2-for-3, including a homer and three RBI.

Warren 8, Stevenson 2: Jessica Demski tossed a complete game. Megan Sowa was 2-for-3 with a tripple, double and two runs scored. Sam Belletini was 3-for-3 with two RBI.

West Chicago 1, Naperville Central 0: Mary Connelly threw a no-hitter for West Chicago (16-9, 9-2 DuPage Valley).

Wheaton Academy 8, East Aurora 4: Winning pitcher Paige Huizenga went six innings, allowed four hits and struck out six for Wheaton Academy (9-16).

York 21, Proviso West 1: Nikki Mordini earned the win, scattering three hits and fanning nine.

Wilmington 7, Reed-Custer 0: Paula Tupper struck out seven and gave up seven hits in the win. Carrie Falasca was 3-for-4 with a RBI. Liz Alberico was 2-for-4.
