Elk Grove 12, Lake Park 0: Dani Goranson pitched five scoreless innings and hit a home run at the dish for No. 1 Elk Grove.

Downers North 10, Lemont 0: The No. 3 Trojans (26-3) were led by Kendall Ryndak’s six perfect innings.

Andrew 8, Reavis 0: Brooke Hofer went the distance for the Thunderbolts (21-8), scattering two hits. Kelly Christner had two RBI.

Beecher 13, Morris 2: Mallory Ivers got the win on the rubber, while Smantha Nissen went 2-for-3 with three RBI for Beecher (28-1).

Elmwood Park 11, Rolling Meadows 1: The Tigers (18-12) got contributions from Brittant Fanella (3-for-4, home run, three RBI), Late Zucker (4-for-4, three doubles, three RBI) and Isaly Roman (3-for-3, RBI) in its rout.

Leyden 4-9, Libertyville 2-4: Morgan Maize (18-3) fanned 10 in the complete-game Game 1 win for Leyden (22-5). In Game 2 Maize went 2-for-3 with a grand slam and April Markowski went 3-for-3.

Marian Catholic 11-18, Carmel 1-3: In the opner, Becca Stanton powered her way to three home runs and five RBI for the Spartans (17-3).

Morton 8, Hinsdale Central 1: Gabby King went 2-for-4 with two RBI and Jessica Garcia went 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead Morton (15-11). Alyssa Galasso was the winning pitcher.

Richards 11, Riverside-Brookfield 4: Winning pitcher Brianna LeBeau (20-0) went 2-for-5 with a homer, double and three RBI in the win for No. 2 Richards (25-0). Hannah Jenkins went 2-for-5 with a triple and RBI. Kailie Tobin went 2-for-5 and Kristina Apato went 2-for-4 with an RBI.

Regina 14, St. Joseph 10: Jen Fox and Dan Devlin both smacked homers for Regina (9-13).

Taft 7, Timothy Christian 4: Emily Schmalbach’s homer and five RBI helped the Eagles grab the win.
