Richards 8, Mother McAuley 7: No. 2 Richards (23-0) continued its strong run behind Brianna LeBeau (2-for-4, three-run home run), Kailie Tobin (2-for-4, RBI), Breanna Kaminski (2-for-4, 2 RBI) Kristina Apato (2-for-4) and Danielle Kappel (1-for-3, G-W RBI).

Stagg 11, Thornton 1: Stephanie Lorenz struck out 10 and allowed one hit in five innings for No. 4 Stagg (23-4, 8-3 SouthWest Suburban Red. Jessica Arebalo was 2-for-2 with two RBI and three runs scored and Catherine Michels had a double with two RBI.

Sandburg 7, Joliet Central 1: Winning pitcher Amanda Barna (4-1) struck out 11 for No. 6 Sandburg (19-5, 10-1 SouthWest Suburban Blue).

St. Charles North 5, Batavia 2: Taylor Russell went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI to lead No. 7 St. Charles North (20-2, 14-1 Upstate Eight River) . Emily Watts went 2-for-3 with an RBI.

Andrew 10, Bradley 0: Kelly Christner was 2-for-3 with an RBI and Katie Kelly had two singles and an RBI for Andrew (19-8, 10-1).

Evergreen Park 9, Shepard 7: Winning pitcher Kym Farmer went 4-for-5 with a homer and drove in three runs in the win for Evergreen Park (16-10, 13-5 South Suburban Red). Megan Beckow went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI.

Hinsdale South 7, Downer South 2: Jessica Andree went 3-for-4 with three runs scored while Cecie Portillo had two hits and three RBI for Hinsdale South. Brooke Dodson added a 3-for-4 showing at the plate with an RBI.

Kennedy 6, Kelly 2: Jennifer Doyle and Sarah O’Brien each hit a home run and Nicole Radtke allowed two hits and fanned nine in a complete-game effort for Kennedy (9-7).

Lincoln-Way Central 4, Joliet West 3: Tresa Fahrner went 2-for-4 with two runs for Lincoln-Way Central (11-11, 6-4 SouthWest Suburban Blue).

Lincoln-Way North 17, Thornridge 0: Lincoln-Way North (15-8, 8-3 SouthWest Suburban Red) was led by winning pitcher Kirsten Iversen (5-2), who threw a five-inning, no-hitter, striking out 10. Kelly Sweeney drove in two RBI and scored twice.

Lyons 11, Hinsdale Central 1: Ashley Koziol struck out five and earned a win for Lyons (16-7).

Minooka 6, Ottawa 5: Kayla Ruettiger finished 3-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored and Jackie Lilek had a triple for Minnoka (22-8). Paxton Pacxynski finished with two hits including a double an RBI and a run scored.

Payton 10, Prosser 2: Maya Rodriguez (12-5) fanned 15 in a complete-game effort and Aileena Gray was 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI for Payton (13-5, 11-2 Blue-North). Killian Madden added two RBI in the win.

Perspectives-Calumet 13, Vocational 3: Amaya Twillie went 3-for-3 and winning pitcher Kemdra Holmes fanned nine.

St. Francis 7, Chicago Christian 0: Taylor Ronchetto tossed a no-hitter for St. Francis (18-4, 12-0 Suburban Christian Blue) and Bri Pasquale recorded three RBI.

UIC Prep 12, Bulls Prep 1: Arielle Domantay was 3-for-3 at the dish with a home run and four RBI for UIC Prep (10-1, 10-1 Noble).

Wheaton Academy 15, Aurora Christian 5: Michelle Ridderoff (1-1) captured a win for Wheaton Academy (8-15, 6-7 Suburban Christian Gold), striking out five. Marissa Galiano added a home run and a double.

Wilmington 13, Herscher 3: Carrie Falasco had three hits and two RBI and Liz Alberico added a pair of hits and two RBI also for Wilmington (15-7). Kelli Moore went 2-for-3 with two RBI in the win.

York 8, Oak Park-River Forest 2: Ellen Barry and Nicolette Salerno each had 3-for-4 days at the plate for York (15-3, 8-1).
