St. Charles North 6, Geneva 2: Amanda Ciran (10-0) stuck out five in the complete-game win to stay perfect for No. 5 St. Charles North (14-1, 8-0 Upstate Eight River). Sydney Russell went 3-for-3 with a double and three runs. Taylor Russell went 2-for-3 with two doubles, three RBI and one run.
Fremd 20, Gage Park 0: Allie Gaeding went 4-for-5 with three RBI and three runs to power No. 6 Fremd (16-1-1).
Barrington 6, Trinity 2: Kiley Dolezal (12-4) picked up the complete-game win for Barrington (16-6). Kiersten Tinkoff went 3-for-4 with a triple and two RBI.
Brooks 13, Longwood 3: Krystal Vazquez went 2-for-4 with a triple, double and five RBI for Brooks (9-1, 6-1 Red-South). Mari Hooper (5-0) was the winning pitcher.
Chicago Christian 5, Montini 0: Bianca Gutierrez went 2-for-4 with a homer, triple, three RBI and one run for Chicago Christian (6-8). Megan Glynn went 3-for-3 with a double. Lindsey Norway (3-5) struck out seven in the complete-gam win.
Conant 10, Buffalo 0: Bri Cavin allowed just one hit and struck out nine for the win.
Curie 17, Lindblom 2: Brittany Dimas went 2-for-3 with two doubles, five RBI and a run to power Curie (10-3, 6-0 Blue-South). Gabriela Garcia (5-3) allowed just one hit and struck out six in the win.
Evergreen Park 5, Shepard 2: Kym Farmer went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two runs to lead Evergreen Park (13-7, 10-4 South Suburban Red). Erin Crane went 1-for-3 with two RBI and Michelle Putlack fanned six for the win.
Fenger 20, Gage Park 0: Leeyah Allen powered Fenger (5-2, 5-0 Orange) with two homers and three RBI. Deedee Davis homered and drove in three runs.
Glenbard North 2, WW South 1: Lilly Fecho (7-1) struck out seven in the complete-game win for Glenbard North (10-1, 2-1 DuPage Valley).
Glenbard West 10, Oak Park-River Forest 0: Taylor Steinhilber (6-3) registered the win for Glenbard West (11-3, 3-1 West Suburban Silver), striking out five. Rachel Hitzemann went 2-for-3 with two RBI and two runs and Meghan Johnson drove in two runs.
Guerin 13, Wheaton Academy 3: Desi Irizzary went 4-for-4 with two triples, a double and five RBI for Guerin (10-5, 3-3 Suburban Christian Blue). Sarah Benavides registered a complete-game win.
Huntley 9, Crystal Lake South 6: Nikki DeMarco went 3-for-4 and Brittany Koss went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Winning pitcher Taylor Larson (6-7) tossed a complete game and went 3-for-5 from the plate with five RBI.
Leyden 6, Addison Trail 1: Winning pitcher Morgan Maize (11-1) struck out six and went 2-for-4 with a homer and four RBI for Leyden (12-2). April Markowski went 1-for-2 with a triple and three RBI.
Lincoln-Way Central 8, Homewood-Flossmoor 3: Lincoln-Way Central was led by Kaleigh Barrett (2-for-4, two runs), Kylie Bennet (2-for-3, homer, double, three RBI).
Lincoln-Way North 14, Thornton 0: Bridget Stroh tossed a complete-game no hitter and fanned 12 in the win for Lincoln-Way North (9-7). Katie Plotke went 3-for-4 with a double and four RBI. Leann Buzzard went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Abby Calabrese went 2-for-2 with a double, two walks, two RBI and four runs.
Lincoln-Way West 14, Thornridge 0: Sarah Clark went 3-for-4 with two RBI and Jess Kaemerer went 1-for-2 with an RBI and run to lead Lincoln-Way West (9-6, 3-2 SouthWest Suburban Red).
Lisle 7, Herscher 0: Melanie Early (5-1) tossed a no-hitter, striking out 10 for Lisle (14-1, 6-1 Interstate Eight North). Summer Stitt went 2-for-4 with a triple, RBI and three runs. Tori Harris went 2-for-3 with an RBI and run.
Oak Forest 9, Lemont 0: Oak Forest (15-2, 10-1 South Suburban Blue) was led by Emily Naegele (3-for-3, two homers four RBI, two runs) and Felecia Turk (2-for-3, two doubles, RBI and run).
Plainfield East 6, Oswego 5, 9 inn.: Taylor Messer went 2-for-3 with a three-run homer and the game-winning RBI for Plainfield East.
Providence 5, Minooka 4, 10 inn.: Winning pitcher Amanda Wilson (6-6) fanned seven in the complete-game win for Providence (8-8-1). She also went 2-for-4 from the plate, hit the game-winning homer and also doubled.
Queen of Peace 7, De La Salle 0: Casey Kodatt went 3-for-3. Caitlin Hecker and Stephanie Rich each went 1-for-3 with an RBI for Queen of Peace (6-8, 5-2 GCAC).
Richards 6, Loyola 0: Kristina Apato was the winning pitcher for Richards (16-0). Jordan Battles went 1-for-3 with an RBI. Danielle Kappel went 1-for-1 with two walks and one RBI.
St. Francis 5, Rosary 0: Taylor Ronchetto was the winning pitcher for St. Francis (13-3).
St. Viator 7, Carmel 2: Sally Snarski homered for St. Viator (8-8).
Schaumburg 1, Rolling Meadows 0, 8 inn.: Alyssa Lancaster (3-4-1) fanned nine in the complete-game win for Schaumburg (6-5, 2-3 Mid-Suburban West). Shannon Giovannone went 3-for-3 and Becca Thompson drove in the game-winning run.
Wheaton North 4, Naperville North 0: Rachel Holaway went 2-for-2 with a double and four RBI to lead Wheaton North (9-4, 3-0 DuPage Valley).
