Monday's softball roundup

Beecher 11, Grant Park 2: Mallory Ivers pitched five innings and allowed two hits while striking out two in the Beecher (11-1) win. Kara Couwenhoven finished 4-for-4 with two RBI and Katelyn Neubauer went 2-for-3 with an RBI. Chelsea Gilva finished 2-for-3.

Glenbard West 10, Hinsdale Central 0: Taylor Steinhilber (4-2) allowed one hit and struck out five for the Hilltoppers. Steinhilber also finished 2-for-3 with three RBI and Bri Wyatt went 3-for-3 with a run scored for Glenbard West (8-2).

St. Francis 11, Guerin 6: Taylor Ronchetto (9-2) pitched St. Francis (9-3) to the victory. Blaine Carragher and Aly Germanos each hit a homer while Laura Behnke finished with three doubles.

Wilmington 7, Dwight 3: Paula Toupper scattered eight hits and struck out nine in the Wilmington (7-4) win. Jacqueline Mann finished with two RBI.
