Andrew 15, Thornton 0: Andrew (6-5) came out on top behind Rachel Kilcoyne, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI while Katie Burke had two hits and three RBI also in the win.

Gordon Tech 21, Proviso East 8: Stacy Heliotis (1-1) tossed a complete game and went 4-for-4 from the plate, hitting for the cycle and driving in nine for Gordon Tech (5-3).

Marian Catholic 14, T.F. South 0: Rachel Glenn (2-1) fanned nine to earn the win for Marian Catholic (9-4). She also added two hits and a RBI while Bri Clark finished 4-for-4 with a homer, a triple and six RBI. Shawna Sadler was 2-for-3 with two runs scored and Alex Nickel added a triple and two RBI.
