Marist 5, West Chicago 3, 9 inn.: No. 3 Marist (2-4) captured the win behind Rikki Alcaraz's game-winning RBI. Brook Wyderski had two RBI in the win.

Brooks 8, Morgan Park 2: Mari Hooper tossed a complete game, striking out seven for Brooks (1-0). Krystal Vazquez was 2-for-3 with a pair of RBI.

Crane 12, Phoenix 2: Champale Gray was 2-for-2 with a homer and four RBI for Crane (1-0). Shamesta Gill also was 2-for-2 with a triple and four RBI.

Cristo Rey 9, St. Benedict 6: Alexa Villasenor earned the win for Cristo Rey (1-0).

Curie 13, Perspectives-Calumet 1: Mia Melendez allowed two hits in a complete-game effort for Curie (2-1). Gabriela Alvarez finished 3-for-3, two doubles and five RBI. Marleyna Carrillo had a double and a RBI.

Evergreen Park 16, Bremen 4: Tori Senerchia went 2-for-4 including a three-run homer while Erin Crane had a grand slam for Evergreen Park (3-1, 3-0 South Suburban Red).

Joliet Catholic 6, Reed-Custer 1: Ashley Searing struck out 11 and allowed two hits in a complete-game effort for Joliet Catholic (2-0). Kayla Zembruski finished 2-for-4 with a RBI.

Lake Park 12, Andrew 0: Amanda Ramirez struck out seven in a complete-game effort for Lake Park (3-2). Michelle Nunez added a homer.

Lane 7, Evanston 1: Kaleigh Ambrose struck out seven for Lane (1-0) in a complete-game win and Emily Espinoza had two hits and two RBI. Maddy Muldonado added three RBI.

Lincoln-Way Central 16, Providence 1: Nichole Walshon captured the win for Lincoln-Way Central.

Luther North 21, Chicago Notre Dame 0: Caitlyn Wheeler was 4-for-4 with two RBI and five runs scored for Luther North (2-0).

Manteno 13, Donovan 4: Brooke Stulga (1-0) struck out eight for Manteno (6-1) and Haley Beck was 4-for-4 with a double.

Morton 7, De La Salle 2: Alyssa Galassol (3-0) struck out six to earn the win for Morton (5-0). Jessica Garcia finished 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI.

Mother McAuley 3, Mount Assisi 2: Ashley Rogers was the winning pitcher for Mother McAuley (6-1).

Neuqua Valley 7, Plainfield South 4: Jenna Boudreau struck out nine and Kat Widup went 3 of 4 with a double and two RBI for Neuqua Valley (2-0). Brooke Meyer was 3-for-4 with two runs scored.

Northside 8, Clemente 4: Chamara Moore (2-1) struck out six for Northside (2-1).

Reavis 2, Lemont 0: Caitlyn Balandis (5-1) allowed one hit and struck out 13 for Reavis (5-2). Kayla Mangiapane finished 3-for-3 with a run scored.

Richards 1, Oak Forest 0: No. 19 Richards (3-0, 2-0 South Suburban Red) captured a win behind ace Brianna LeBeau (3-0), who allowed two hits and struck out seven.

Riverside-Brookfield 10, Fenwick 1: Emma Hastings was 4-for-4 with a two-run homer, a triple, a double, five RBI and a run scored for Riverside-Brookfield (2-0).

St. Joseph 19, St. Scholastica 0: Melissa Quintana (4-0) tossed a no-hitter, striking out six for St. Joseph (5-0, 4-0 GCAC White). Brittany Dobbs hit a two-run home run and Erica King had two doubles and four RBI.

Seton 13, St. Francis de Sales 11: Brittany Reme finished 2-for-4 with two runs for Seton (1-0, 1-0 GCAC White).

Yorkville 12, Ottawa 11: Lauren Rhodes was 2-for-3 with two RBI for Yorkville (3-0) while Megan Kuhn had three hits and two RBI. Nicole Hersam added a RBI for the Foxes.
