3. Hinsdale South: Hornets have one of the most experienced and athletic teams.

4. New Trier: Defending champs can't be counted out.

5. Buffalo Grove: Nell Boyd and Michelle Byjos are possible doubles champs.

6. Andrew: Thunderbolts have finished in the top five for 13 straight seasons.

7. Fremd: Annie Huang and Angela Wu form a potent 1-2 singles punch.

8. Naperville Central: Redhawks have six top-10 finishes in the last eight years.

9. Naperville North: Still chasing Naperville Central for DuPage Valley supremacy.

10. Hinsdale Central: Watch out for singles standout Kim Ziolkowski.
