Mother McAuley d. Trinity 25-9, 22-22: Peggy Clemens had six kills and seven digs for No. 2 Mother McAuley (20-4). Carla Cahill (nine digs) and Jackie Aird (seven digs) also led the Mighty Macs.

Evanston d. Maine South 25-19, 25-23: Casey Durham (nine kills), Martha Murray (eight kills) and Blaire Frett (five kills) paced the Wildkits.

Immaculate Conception d. St. Edward 25-21, 25-23: Emily Hartnett had seven kills and Jen Clementi five kills for Immaculate Conception (19-9). Kellyanne Remy contributed three kills and a pair of blocks.

Lake Zurich d. Stevenson 18-25, 25-21, 25-10: Amanda Orchard had 11 kills and Layne Self recorded five kills and seven blocks for Lake Zurich (15-8). Kristen Walding dished out 25 assists for the Bears.

Marengo d. Harvard 25-15, 25-12: Baleigh Lasota and Brooke Dolatowski had four kills apiece and Sadie Fabio chipped in 10 assists for Marengo.

Marian Central d. Aurora Central 25-15, 25-16: Tara Blake’s 10 kills and Emma Hussey’s eight kills powered Marian Central (23-6) past Aurora Central. Abby Gilleland contributed 23 assists.

Niles West d. Glenbard South 25-22, 25-20: Olivia Rusek recorded 10 kills and three blocks and Molly Klepping had eight digs for Niles West (21-8, 4-4 Central Suburban South).

Stevenson d. Lake Zurich 18-25, 25-21, 25-10: Rachel Baader led the Patriots with 14 kills. Jenna Radtke had six kills and Hannah Kay dished out 13 assists.
