Addison Trail d. Elmwood Park 25-14, 25-13: Jennifer D’Onofrio (four kills, four blocks), JoAnn DiNatale (four kills, two blocks), Christina Capuani (six aces, three assists) and Alex Maczynski (three blocks) powered Addison Trail (1-0).
Andrew d. Oak Forest 25-17, 28-26: Liz Jendra (12 kills, five digs) and Maureen Carls (nine kills, four digs) led Andrew (3-0) to victory.
Barrington d. Mundelein 25-23, 25-18: Lauren Shectman had nine kills, Peyton Lang had eight kills and Lauren Dunseith had 18 assists.
Bradley-Bourbonnais d. Pontiac 25-15, 25-16: Kelli Bates had eight kills and four aces. Brittany Showalter had 10 assists.
Evanston d. Loyola 25-14, 32-30: Martha Murray put up 12 kills and Casey Durham had eight.
Evergreen Park d. Crete-Monee 24-26, 25-19, 25-18: Sam Rule totaled eight kills and 10 assists for Evergreen Park (1-1). Chelsea Christopher added seven kills.
Fremd d. Vernon Hills 25-16, 25-22: Fremd was led by Nicole Obos (seven kills), Rebecca Clarke (six kills) and Claire Brady (five kills, three blocks).
Joliet Catholic d. Mother McAuley 25-22, 22-25, 25-11: Kelly Feigh (13 kills) and Lauren Robertson (20 assists) contributed to the Joliet Catholic (1-0) win.
Lincoln-Way Central d. Shepard 25-7, 25-18: Lincoln-Way Central was led by Amy Bernhard (six kills, two aces, five digs), Danielle Dowd (six kills, 10 digs), Amanda Dolan (six kills) and Kaitlyn Sanders (14 assists).
Marengo d. Woodstock North 25-11, 25-18: Allison Rogutich had 11 kills.
Marian Central d. Sycamore 25-8, 26-24: Abby Gilleland had nine kills and 18 assists for Marian Central (2-0). Teammate Tara Blake had seven kills and nine digs.
Neuqua Valley d. Elgin 25-14, 25-9: Neuqua Valley (2-0) was powered by Callie Huebner (seven kills, 11 digs), Leighanne Novak (six kills), Cassie Collins (12 assists) and Brooke Antenen (seven assists, two digs).
Niles West d. Maine West 25-18, 25-14: Molly Koeppin had eight digs in the Niles West (1-0) win.
Ridgewood d. Guerin 25-13, 25-22: Mallory McCormack (12 kills, four digs) and Dani Rzewnicki (six kills, 12 assists, eight digs) led Ridgewood (2-0).
St. Charles East d. East Aurora 25-4, 25-3: St. Charles East (1-1) was led by Meghan Niski (five kills), Nichole Lambert (four kills), Kadie Brooks (12 aces), Erienne Barry (nine assists) and Stephanie Camper (seven assists).
St. Ignatius d. Fenwick 25-15, 25-20: Mary Grassano had two kills, two aces and 10 digs for St. Ignatius (2-0).
Schurz d. Chicago Academy 25-19, 25-21: Jazmin Gonzalez (nine kills, ace, block), Thalia Salmeron (six kills, ace) and Ilona Senkiv (three kills, six aces, nine assists) helped lead Schurz (2-0, 2-0 Red-North) to victory.
Seton d. Longwood 25-13, 25-20: Briana Cattledge had three aces and Amber Abogunrin had three digs.
Somonauk d. Sandwich 25-12, 27-25: Aleesha Zeko had nine kills, Allison Humes had six kills and Julianna Ciaglia had nine assists for Somonauk (2-0).
Taft d. Northside 25-16, 25-21: Lety Rosalez had seven kills and Amber Noncz had 13 assists in the Taft win.
