Grayslake Central 4, Crystal Lake Central 2: Skyler Jessop and Emily Schrader totaled two goals apiece.

Grayslake North 4, Woodstock North 1: Chelsea Olson, Jaclyn Brennan, Kelly Meyer and Katie McGrath each scored one goal.

Guerin 7, Chicago Academy 0: Olivia Binkowski and Mary Jo Toohey scored two goals each for Guerin.

Kaneland 4, IMSA 0: Emily Heimerdinger netted four goals for Kaneland.
