Conant 2, Buffalo Grove 0: Kelsey Foss and Courtney Raetzman each scored a goal for No. 4 Conant (9-0).
Fremd 10, Wheeling 0: Bri Frys, Elise Kotaskis and Alexis Tice all scored two goals as the No. 6 Vikings (7-1) rolled to a win over the Wildcats.
Argo 4, T.F. North 1: Patricia Diaz had a hat trick and assist to power the Argonauts. Yessica Diaz chipped in a goal and two assists for Argo (9-4, 5-2 South Suburban Red).
Glenbrook North 7, Niles West 0: Montana Paley tallied four goals for Glenbrook North (6-2-1). Ashley Kamin, Rachel Hirschman and Jessica Candel each added a goal.
Lockport 2, Joliet West 0: Kelly Wetherald (goal, assist) and Lexi Cozzi (goal) sparked the Porters (8-2, 2-0 SouthWest Suburban Blue) to victory.
Plainfield Central 5, Providence 2: Bailey Wysocki had three goals and an assist for Plainfield Central (4-6-1). Sam Jensen and Shawna Watson each scored a goal while Lauren Kulaga and Adabel Ortega each chipped in an assist.
Prospect 1, Hoffman Estates 0: Megan Hood scored the lone goal for Prospect (6-4-1).
Reavis 3, Romeoville 1: Chanel Koepke had two goals and an assist for the Rams (12-1). Ana Valdez added an assist.
Schaumburg 1, Palatine 0, OT: Alexa Ben scored the game-winning goal off an assist from Christyne Grabanski for the Saxons. Goalkeeper Tressa Palcheck had three saves.
Shepard 2, Tinley Park 1: Annie Evans netted a goal for Shepard (4-7).
