Young 76, Crane 49: Janee Thompson and Sydney Snower both scored 13 points and Linnae Harper scored 12 with 10 boards as No.1 Young remained perfect at 15-0.
Hillcrest 91, Eisenhower 45: Shannise Heady scored 20 points, Samirah Ali scored 17 and Karlisa Harris scored 14 for No.5 Hillcrest (15-2).
Loyola 56, Carmel 50, OT: Lauren Kriz scored 17 points and Michelle Ricolco scored 15 points as No.17 Loyola (15-5) won in OT.
Ag. Science 54, Lindblom 46: Kate Patnett's 13 points and eight rebounds led Ag. Science (11-4, 8-2 Chicago South).
Andrew 62, Thornridge 39: Meghan McHale led Andrew (10-5, 4-1 SouthWest Suburban Red) with 15 points.
Brooks 63, Vocational 15: Dayneea Thrash (13 points, 10 rebounds), Alexis Brooks (11 points, four steals) and Kariah Nichols (10 pts, four steals) powered Brooks (8-9, 2-3 Windy City South).
Clemente 61, Austin 34: Clemente (12-3, 9-1 Chicago West) was fueled by Jordan Whitaker's 21 points.
Corliss 43, Washington 33: Janice McCaster led Corliss (4-10, 2-10 Chicago Central) with 20 points.
Douglass 58, Farragut 36: Jelequa Williams (17 points, eight rebounds, five assists) and Denisha Allen (13 points, 12 rebounds, six blocks, four steals) used great all-around performances to take the Tigers (10-2, 8-1 Metro West) to victory.
Harper 43, Carver 16: Laquesha Carter had 16 points and six rebounds for the Cardinals.
Lindblom 54, Ag. Science 46: Elizabeth Toye had 20 points and Cre Williams had 14 for the Eagles.
Longwood 64, South Shore 46: Longwood (15-5, 9-1 Chicago South) was led by Khadijh Taylor (21 points, eight rebounds), Tabreea McCray (15 points, 15 rebounds) and Ahriel Fuller (14 points, eight steals).
Morgan Park 62, Harlan 48: Kendyl Nunn put up 20 points and seven rebounds for Morgan Park (12-6, 6-0 Windy City South).
Oak Forest 53, Richards 40: Katie Swnason's 21 points and Maddie Baxa's 12 fueled the Oak Forest offense.
Parker 32, St. Benedict 31: Reilly Bruce had 10 points and six assists while Olivia Amdur also scored 10 points to put Parker (6-13) on top.
Powerhouse 43, Manley 28: Persephonie Allen put up 25 points and six rebounds while Natasha Pierce scored 10 points to go with five rebounds in the Powerhouse (9-7, 8-2 Metro West) win.
Romeoville 57, Oswego 33: Romeoville (13-2, 5-1 Southwest Prairie) was led by Brianna Harris (19 points, seven steals) and Abby Smith (10 points, 10 assists).
St. Edward 51, Aurora Christian 37: St. Edward moved to 14-5 behind Callie Johnson's 14-point game.
Stagg 59, Thornwood 58: Casey McMahon scored 19 points, Carrie Sinclair scored 13 points and Ali Conrad scored 10 points for Stagg (9-5, 4-1 SouthWest Suburban Red).
Streamwood 53, St. Charles East 52: Jessica Cerda led Streamwood (8-8, 4-2 Upstate Eight River) with 24 points.
T. F. North 71, Shepard 48: Sabrina Montgomery dropped 20 points to go with eight boards for T.F. North (9-8, 6-0 South Suburban Blue) as the Meteors flew past Shepard.
Tilden 49, Bronzeville 29: Keisha O’Neal (19 points, eight rebounds), Quee Cowley (14 points, 16 rebounds) and Victoria Booker (14 points) took Tilden (12-2, 8-2 Metro South) to victory.
U-High 51, North Shore 32: Sophia Gatton finished with 24 points and six assists and Maud Jansen grabbed 13 boards for U-High.
Willows 30, Harvest Christian 23: Keelin McNally had 18 points and six assists in the Williams win.
Yorkville 43, Morris 29: Alicyn Hester had 16 points to power Yorkville (10-5, 2-3 Northern Illinois Big 12 East).
