Hillcrest 83, Evergreen Park 30: Lorielle Little's 12 points along with Karlisa Harris and Shannise Heady's 11 led No.5 Hillcrest (14-1), as the Hawks flew past Evergreen Park.
Lincoln-Way East 43, Sandburg 37: The No.9 Griffins (12-0) remain undefeated as Taylor Johnson scored 17 points and Caitlin McMahon scored nine in the close win.
Rich Central 78, Rich East 60: Chaz Duson dropped 30 points and grabbed 16 boards. Jessica Warren also had a double-double, finishing the night with 13 points and 13 boards as the No.15 Olympians (16-4, 5-0) stay perfect in the Southland.
Loyola 58, St. Joseph 34: Lauren Kriz put up 14 points to lead No.19 Loyola (14-4).
Chicagland Jewish 39, Waldorf 16: Carly Silvers had four points, four steals and nine rebounds. Alana Spellman added 10 points and three steals for Chicagoland Jewish (3-6).
De La Salle 38, St. Francis de Sales 36: Renee Jones had a team-high 15 points for De La Salle (11-4, 4-0 GCAC).
Elmwood Park 39, Illiana Christian 37: JoAnna Bukowinski's 18 points and Olga Lipiszko's 10 made the difference as Elmwood Park edged out Illiana Christian by two.
Mother McAuley 69, Queen of Peace 34: Alyssa Siwek had 13 points and Hannah Lipman had 10 points with seven boards.
Oak Lawn 55, Bremen 19: Gina Belden had 10 points for the Spartans.
Payton 66, Dream Academy (Mich.) 21: Olivia Jones scored 18 points, Cameron Pettigrew 17 and Taylor Mott 8 as Payton moved to 12-3.
Providence 56, St. Viator 42: Anna Novak (17 points), Alyssa Jurges (13 points) and Cassidy Glenn (12 points) joined forces in the Providence win.
Richards 41, Lemont 35: Brianna LeBeau totaled 11 points as the Bulldogs moved to 8-5 and 3-2 in the South Suburban Red.
Rich South 52, Crete-Monee 47: Cierra Garrett and DeAsia Garrett both had 14 points for the Stars in their narrow win over Crete-Monee.
St. Scholastica 45, Holy Trinity 37: Mary Kay Cahill scored 10 points, Jessica Bannon scored nine points and Claire Chester grabbed eight boards to fuel St. Scholastica (10-8).
Seneca 49, Westmont 31: Alyssa Applebee led the Seneca offense with 19 points.
Tinley Park 59, Reavis 41: Diamond Beatty had 25 points, eight rebounds and three blocks in the Tinley Park (8-10) win.
Universal 70, Islamic Foundation 6: Mariam Ahmad (18 points, three rebounds), Ronya Kawji (18 points, four assists, four rebounds), Haneen Balouta (14 points) and Adela Zarzour (10 points) all contributed in the blowout win.
Vernon Hills 75, Lakes 50: Alina Lehocky had a double-double of 17 points and 11 rebounds, Sydney Smith scored 17 and Abby Springer added seven rebounds with eight assists to power Vernon Hills past Lakes.
Willows 49, Woodlands Academy 22: Unbeaten Willows (13-0) was backed by double-double performances from Monica Hinderer (12 points, 18 rebounds) and Bethy Hunt (10 points, 10 rebounds).
