Montini 54, Rockford Lutheran 45: Tianna Brown helped the no.9 Broncos down Rockford Lutheran with 25 points and 13 rebounds. Nikia Edom chipped in with 15 points.

Fenwick 75, Bishop McNamara 61: Meredith Boardman delivered an impressive performance for the No.16 Friars (8-2, 2-1 East Suburban Catholic), scoring 25 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, and blocking five shots. Marek Burchett added 16 points and 11 rebounds and Maggie Reilly finished with 15 points.

Batavia 81, Larkin 48: The Bulldogs (7-7) were led by Katie Ryan's 17 points and Lisa Fruendt's 13 points. Miranda Grizaffi and Sami Villarreal each added 11 points.

Carmel 45, Deerfield 35: The Corsairs were powered by Kathleen Felicelli (13 points) and Kaitlyn Lynch, who finished with 10 points and six steals.

DeKalb 42, Providence 37: The Barbs moved past Providence as Cassidy Glenn scored 15 points and Anna Novak added nine points. Alyssa Jurges chipped in with seven points.

Ellison 55, Cristo Rey 30: Brandi Minor scored 17 points and pulled down 13 rebounds for Ellison (10-3, 6-0 Chicago Prep). Shanice Dawson helped out with 11 points, 11 rebounds, and four steals.

Grayslake Central 62, Lake Forest 44: Claire Brennan turned in a 19-point, six-assist, five-block performance for the Rams. Sky Jessop added 16 points and seven assists. Morgan Dahlstrom finished with 12 points.

Grayslake North 58, North Chicago 41: Kendall Detweiler led all scorers with 30 points in the win for the Knights.

Minooka 63, Glenbard East 33: The Indians (5-8) were sparked by Ashley Clemons's 16 points and Sara Placher's 13 points. Ann Marie Bachman added 10 points.

Mother McAuley 64, T.F. North 47: Elizabeth helped lift the Mighty Macs past T.F. North with a 15-point performance.

Niles North 44, Warren 43: Mariyah Henley's 26 points were enough to give the Vikings the narrow victory.

Palatine 40, Wheeling 28: Nia Pappas scored 13 points in the win for the Pirates. Katelyn Mayer added 10 points.

Richards 45, Simeon 27: Brianna LeBeau powered the Bulldogs past the Wolverines with 13 points.

St. Benedict 37, Rickover 18: St. Benedict saw strong performances from Lexi Genge (18 points, 12 rebounds, nine steals) and Anna Malone (15 points, six rebounds, six steals).

Seton 42, Morton (In.) 29: Ebony Bailey powered the sting with 17 points.

Stevenson 44, Lake Zurich 32: Olivia Whalen scored 14 points in the victory for the Patriots (9-3, 4-1).
