Hillcrest 76, Oak Lawn 36: Shannise Heady had 19 points and Samirah Ali had 11 in the No.3 Hillicrest (10-0, 4-0 South Suburban) win.

Bartlett 66, South Elgin 57: Haley Videckis ignited the No.6 Hawks with 30 points.

Fenwick 76, Nazareth 32: No.16 Fenwick (8-2, 2-1 East Suburban Catholic) was led by Meredicth Boardman (20 points, 14 rebounds) and Maggie Reilly (14 points).

Rich Central 71, Kankakee 33: Tatiana Newell totaled 24 points for No.17 Rich Central (11-3, 4-0 Southland ).

Morgan Park 63, Simeon 31: Kendyl Nunn had 20 points and six rebounds and Bh’rea Griffin had 11 points for No. 24 Morgan Park (9-4, 5-0 Windy City South).

Ag. Science 35, Corliss 13: Ag. Science's Alison Nash had 10 points.

Andrew 51, Bradley 34: Tiana Karopulos led Andrew (7-2, 2-1) with 19 points.

Beecher 46, Illinois Lutheran 16: Amari Griffin had 28 points for Beecher.

Clemente 52, Uplift 37: Ayanna Freeman had 14 points and Nalanee Calderon had 12 points in the Clemente (6-1, 6-1 Chicago West) win.

Cristo 51, Chicagoland Jewish 38: Lupe Banda had 13 points with six rebounds and Angie Macias had 11 points with eight rebounds for Cristo Rey (8-4, 2-1).

Douglass 52, Phoenix 25: Darriane Sarabia (18 points, five steals), Denisha Allen (12 points, eight rebounds) and Dominique Mulligan (nine points, 13 rebounds) joined forces to lead Douglass (7-1, 6-1) in the Metro West contest.

DuSable 36, Brooks 29: Dianne Sales had 15 points, 15 rebounds and five steals. Djonae Reed added 12 points for DuSable (6-6, 1-2 Windy City Central).

Harlan 59, Vocational 3: Kasia Redding scored a team-high 15 points in the Harlan (8-2, 3-2 Windy City South) win.

Harper 79, Hancock 10: Harper remained unbeaten at 7-0 thanks to Shakima Andrews (22 points), LaQuesha Carter (22 points, nine rebounds) and Taijah McKinney (19 points), who led a balanced offensive attack.

Holy Trinity 27, Pritzker 24: Wayneshia Frazier put up 11 points, five rebounds and four assists to help take Holy Trinity to 5-3 on the year.

Julian 43, South Shore 28: Lexus Washington had 11 points and eight rebounds to lead Julian.

Linocoln-Way North 75, Thornridge 17: Ellen Graham had 16 points and Taylor Boardman had 14 points with eight boards for Lincoln-Way North.

Longwood 59, Lindblom 57, 2 OT: Tabreea McCray dropped 25 points to go with 21 boards to lead Longwood (10-3, 6-1 Chicago South). Khadijah Taylor added 23 points in the double-overtime affair.

Manley 38, Farragut 29: Doris Johnson scored 16 points and had three steals for Manley.

Orr 55, Little Village 18: Orr (7-6, 3-4 Chicago West) was powered by Angel Wynn (21 points), Chasity Wynn (12 points) and Kara Phillips (12 points).

Powerhouse 34, Juarez 17: Persephanie Allen had a double-double of 23 points and 10 boards in the Powerhouse (6-7, 4-2 Metro West) win.

Providence 33, Glenbard West 24: Glenn Cassidy helped defeat Glenbard West by scoring 17 points for the Celtics.

Riverside-Brookfield 52, Timothy Christian 42: Meghan Orgler had 14 points for Riverside-Brookfield (7-2, 3-1 Metro Suburban).

St. Charles North 51, St. Charles East 44: Liz McNally led the North Stars with 21 points.

St. Francis de Sales 50, Maria 12: St. Francis de Sales (6-3, 2-1 GCAC White) was led by Alana Slaughter (eight points, four steals) and Jalin Burchett (11 rebounds, six blocks).

St. Viator 62, Resurrection 44: Erin Fabbri scored 16 points.

Stagg 49, Thornton 41: Kara Pietrowski (16 points) and Carrie Sinclair (nine points) helped put Stagg over the top in the close win.

Thornwood 59, Lincoln-Way West 47: Aliyah Owens scored 16 points and Tashea Tinglin scored 14.

Westmont 54, Sandwich 39: Megan Serrat scored 10 points as Westmont moved to 9-3 on the season.
