Young 75, Marshall 37: The No. 1 Dolphins (8-0, 4-0 Windy City West) had double-doubles from Linnae Harper (22 points, 10 rebounds) and Tanita Allen (10 points, rebounds) in the win. Janee Thompson also added 17 points and eight assists for Young while Alexis Lloyd added 15 points.
Hillcrest 56, Mother McAuley 53: Shannise Heady had 16 points and Samirah Ali added 12 points for the No. 3 Hawks (9-0).
Trinity 63, Schaumburg 27: Megan Podkowa had 13 points and nine rebounds while Alyssa Dingler and Taylor Nazon added 10 points each for the No. 4 Blazers (7-0).
Maine South 52, Highland Park 24: The No. 10 Hawks (12-1) had a double-double from Jacqui Grant (14 points, 10 rebounds) in the win.
Lincoln-Way East 67, Joliet West 35: The No. 12 Griffins (6-0, 2-0) won in the SouthWest Suburban Blue as Taylor Johnson led with 20 points and nine steals while Caitlin McMahon had 15 points and eight rebounds.
Glenbrook South 46, Niles North 42: Molly McDonagh had 21 points to lead the No. 20 Titans (9-1, 3-0) to the Central Suburban South win.
Homewood-Flossmoor 69, Lockport 45: The No. 21 Vikings (9-2, 2-0) had 12 points from Candace Hicks and 11 points and 10 rebounds from Amena Brent in the SouthWest Suburban Blue contest.
Morgan Park 74, Vocational 16: The No. 24 Mustangs (8-4, 4-0) won in the Windy City South as Taylore Cephes had 16 points and five rebounds and Kendyl Nunn had 10 points and four assists.
Antioch 61, Round Lake 35: Megan Borries had 13 points to lead Antioch (5-7).
Evanston 59, Glenbrook North 38: Sinclair Cunningham had 15 points, six rebounds and five steals for Evanston, while Alecia Cooley added 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Gordon Tech 69, Josephinum 21: Samantha Martinez had 20 points and Melanie Claudio tallied 15 points to lead Gordon Tech (6-1).
Ida Crown 39, Chicagoland Jewish 24: Gabi Alter had 16 points to lead Ida Crown (10-5, 2-2).
Joliet Catholic 44, Lemont 35: Shannon Butler led the Angels (3-6) with 15 points.
Lincoln-Way North 52, Thornwood 41: Leigh LaRocco had 18 points and Taylor Boardman added 14 points and seven rebounds to lead Lincoln-Way North.
Lyons 36, Glenbard West 28: Ashanti Davis had 14 points to lead the Lions (7-2, 3-1) in the West Suburban Silver.
Minooka 57, Batavia 45: The Indians (4-7, 2-2) won in the Southwest Prairie as Ashley Clemmons added 18 points and Sara Placher added 14 points.
Proviso East 68, Addison Trail 38: Kalea Parks had 30 points and 10 rebounds to pace the Pirates (8-2, 5-0) in the West Suburban Gold. Demetria Watson added 18 points, and Stacey Welch added 10 points, 10 assists and five steals as well for Proviso East.
Rich Central 72, Crete-Monee 52: Alex Stanford had 19 points and Jessica Warren added 16 points and 11 rebounds to lead Rich Central (10-3, 3-0) to a Southland victory.
Rich South 57, Bloom 50: Kiela Garner had 10 rebound, seven steals and four blocks for Rich South (9-2, 2-1) in the Southland victory.
St. Ignatius 43, Resurrection 36: Kelly Nickele had 16 points and Gena Lenti added 14 points to lead St. Ignatius (7-4, 2-1) in the GCAC Red.
Stagg 41, Andrew 32: Stagg (3-3, 1-0) was victorious in the SouthWest Suburban Red as Kara Pietrowski had 10 points and Carrie Sinclair and Maggie Yardel added nine points each.
Vernon Hills 51, Barrington 43: Lauren Webb had 12 points, Abby Springer had 11 points and six rebounds and Sydney Smith chipped in 10 points and 11 rebounds to lead Vernon Hills.
