Cary-Grove 39, Grant 32: Paige Lincicum scored 12 points and Olivia Jakubicek added 10 points for the Trojans (6-3).
Crystal Lake South 41, Crystal Lake Central 38: Rachel Rasmussen scored 11 points and Sara Mickow added 10 points in powering the Gators.
Eisenhower 38, Chicago Christian 32: Kamillia Jones scored 11 points for Eisenhower (3-5).
Elk Grove 46, Addison Trail 20: Diamond Boyd registered 17 points and four assists for the Grenadiers (6-3). Kelly Naughton scored 11 points.
Highland Park 56, Rockford Auburn 37: Lena Munzer starred for Giants with 26 points and nine rebounds.
IMSA 43, Sandwich 33: Lindsey Conley scored 13 points and grabbed six rebounds for the Titans (6-5). Jeannine Schulz contributed 12 points, six rebounds and four assists.
Lake Park 38, Conant 32: Alyssa Hernandez scored 18 points and added five rebounds in leading the Lancers (5-4).
Latin 72, Parker 40: Nikki Dizon dropped 27 points in the Latin win.
Lyons 48, Riverside-Brookfield 41: Victoria Swift had 13 points and Colleen Connors had 10 for the Lions (6-2).
Maine South 71, Prospect 45: Michelle Maher scored 16 points and Jacqui Grant added 11 as the No. 11 Hawks (11-1) rolled.
Mother McAuley 64, St. Ignatius 42: Mother McAuley (6-4, 2-0 GCAC Red) was led by Alyssa Siwek and Tiffany Fortune, who scored 19 and 14 points, respectively.
Providence 61, Joliet Catholic 46: Cassidy Glenn recorded 19 points and seven rebounds and Anna Novak contributed 11 points for the Celtics (5-5, 1-1 East Suburban Catholic).
Somonauk 52, Reed-Custer 47: Allison Humes (16 points, seven rebounds, five assists, four steals) and Lauren Brummel (11 points, 15 rebounds) paced the Bobcats.
Timothy Christian 42, Ridgewood 30: The Trojans (6-1, 4-0 Metro Suburban) maintained its perfect start in conference play. Tessa Bosman scored 14 points and Cassidy Block had 10 points against the Rebels.
Vernon Hills 60, Streamwood 51: Meri Bennett-Swanson had 18 points and Sydney Smith contributed 15 points for the Cougars.
West Chicago 65, St. Charles East 49: Laura Panicali’s 20 points and Claire Monroe’s 13 points keyed the Wildcats' victory.
York 72, Hinsdale Central 51: Anna Bell Lansdowne scored 23 points and Megan Holmes chipped in 13 points for the Dukes.
