Young 73, Clark 20: Linnae Harper (22 points, 10 rebounds), Janee Thompson (20 points, eight assists) and Alexis Lloyd (15 points) helped No.1 Young (5-0, 3-0 Windy City West) take down Clark.
Hillcrest 86, Shepard 31: Jasmine Sanders had 21 points, Channise Heady had 14 points and Brittney Wilson had 13 points for No.3 Hillcrest (8-0, 3-0 South Suburban Blue).
Ag. Science 45, Julian 38: Colleen Kull had 12 points and seven rebounds. April Baar had seven points, 13 rebounds and eight steals.
Andrew 51, Thornton 33: Tiana Karopulos and Nicole Botich led the Andrew offensive attack, each scoring 17 point in the win.
Clemente 64, Chicago Math & Science 38 : Sydali Calderon had 26 points and seven assists. Destiny Medina added 17 points for Clemente (4-1, 4-1 Chicago West).
De La Salle 77, Bulls Prep 22: Rene Jones had 14 points and Jhabri Hughes had 13 to help bring De La Salle to 7-1 on the season.
Douglass 27, Juarez 16: Denisha Allen had 10 points and 10 boards. Jalequa Williams had nine points for Douglass (5-1, 4-1 Metro West).
Christ the King 54, Tepeyac 15: Timnesha Caldwell had 14 points and 12 rebounds while Jada Wilson had 12 points and 10 rebounds for Christ the King (3-2, 2-1 Chicago Prep).
Cristo Rey 45, Northtown 41: In its narrow win, Cristoy Rey (6-3, 2-1 Chicago Prep) was led by Louiza Franco (12 points, eight rebounds).
Harper 76, Ace Tech 27: Harper (5-0, 5-0 Metro South) was powered by Shakima Andrews (20 points, nine rebounds), LaQusha Carter (19 points, four rebounds), Tayah McKinnley (19 points) and Joann Moore (12 points).
Homewood-Flossmoor 58, Joliet West 56: Charnelle Reed scored 15 points and Sydni Johnson scored 13 for Homwood-Flossmoor (8-2, 1-0 SouthWest Suburban Blue).
Joliet Catholic 56, Nazareth 35: Shannon Butler’s 11 points and Cierra Stanciel’s 10 points for Joliet Catholic (2-5, 1-0 East Suburban Catholic).
Latin 62, Morgan Park Academy 23: Nikki Dizon had 15 points, 14 boards and six assists. Bridget Cato had 11 points for Latin (9-1, 3-0 Independent School League).

Minooka 41, Plainfield South 24: Keirli McLemen scored a team-high 23 points.
Mother McAuley 60, St. Joseph 49: Mother McAuley (5-4, 1-0 GCAC Red) was led by Elizabeth Nye (20 points), Alyssa Siwek (12 points) and Tiffany Fortune (10 points).
Oak Lawn 67, Oak Forest 59: LaTondra Brooks had 25 points and Brooke Annerino scored 20 points to ignite Oak Lawn (5-3, South Suburban Red).
Peotone 50, Westmont 43: Caitlin Cann and Brittney Campione had 14 points each in the Peotone (10-1, 4-0 Interstate Eight) win.
Plano 59, Manteno 37: Plano (4-6, 2-2 Interstate Eight) was powered by Elaxus Haas (16 points) and Temira Ellis (11 points).
Regina 49, Mount Assisi 28: Caroline Adamczyk finished with 14 points for Regina (3-6).
Rich Central 53, Rich South 43: Jessica Warren (16 points, 13 rebounds) and Alex Stanford (14 points) led Rich Central (9-3, 2-0 Southland).
Seneca 47, Dwight 25: Lexi Brown had 11 points in the Seneca (6-3, 4-1 Interstate Eight) win.
South Shore 45, Fenger 28: Theresa Hobson had 16 points and Tyneisha Wilburn had 17 points, seven rebounds and three blocks for South Shore (2-3, 2-3 Chicago South).
Tilden 35, Bowen 20: Keisha O’Neil (25 points, five rebounds, five steals) and DJ Hamilton (six pts, seven rebounds, five steals) led Tilden (5-1, 4-1 Metro South).
Tinley Park 59, Eisenhower 45: Dramond Beatty had 20 points, 10 boards and seven steals. Caitlin Sudduth had 11 points.
U-High 44, St. Scholastica 29: Kendall Rallins had 19 points and Maud Jansen had a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds to help bring U-High to 5-2 for the year.
