Young 65, North Lawndale 21: Linnae Harper had 12 points, Janee Thompson had 10 points and Janita Allen had eight points with 10 boards to keep No. 1 Young (4-0, 2-0 Windy City West) perfect on the season.
Hillcrest 79, Argo 28: Jasmine Sanders scored 16 points, Samirah Ali had 12 and Karlisa Harris had 11 for No.3 Hillcrest (7-0, 2-0 South Suburban).
Montini 68, Rosary 30: No.9 Montini (7-1, 3-0 Suburban Christian Blue) was led by Kateri Stone (18 points) and Tianna Brown (16 points) offensively.
Maine South 46, Evanston 23: Michelle Maher scored 11 points, Mackenzie Duffy had nine points and Jacqui Grant had eight rebounds for No.11 Maine South (9-1, 1-1 Central Suburban South).
Niles West 45, New Trier 23: Jewell Loyd finished with 25 points and 16 boards for No.15 Niles West (10-0, 2-0 Central Suburban South).
Proviso East 65, Willowbrook 40: Jakeisha Wells (17 points, 10 rebounds), Kalea Parks (16 points, 10 rebounds) and Jailaria Wells (13 points, five rebs) all contributed to the No.21 Proviso East (7-1, 3-0 West Suburban Gold) victory.
Ag. Science 44, Washington 10: Ag. Science’s April Baar had 16 points with eight steals and Kate Patnett had eight points with 12 rebounds.
Collins 36, Austin 34: Cierra Robinson had 15 points and Symone Hightower had 13 points and 11 rebounds to lead Collins (3-2, 2-2) in the Chicago West.
Douglas 49, Ogden 24: Jelequa Williams had 16 points, seven rebounds and four steals. Darriane Sarabia had 10 points and four steals in the Douglas (4-1, 3-1 Metro West) win.
East Aurora 44, Batavia 38: Marta Medina (17 points, 10 rebounds), Tyshee Towner (11 points, eight rebounds) and Myrene Reyes (10 points) led East Aurora (4-5).
De La Salle 51, Mount Assisi 35: Renee Jones and Akliah Fletcher each totaled 12 points for De La Salle (6-1, 1-0 GCAC White).
Glenbrook South 57, Waukegan 42: Molly McDonaugh had 15 points and Lindsay Oldshoe had 12 points in the Glenbrook South (7-1, 2-0 Central Suburban South) win.
Gordon Tech 54, St. Benedict 49: Melanie Claudio had 18 points and Jenny Carroll had 11 in the close win to move their squad to 5-1 on the year.
Harper 59, Tilden 50: Joanne Moore finished with 18 points and LaQuesha Carter added 11 points as Harper (4-0, 4-0) won in the Metro South.
Hope Academy 60, Northtown 21: Khadija Dosummu led Hope Academy (5-3) with 30 points.
Lindblom 48, South Shore 27: Effina Jackson had 16 points, and Donesha Hawkins and Toya Cole each added eight for Lindblom (7-3, 4-0) in the Chicago South win.
Longwood 55, Fenger 26: Khadija Taylor led the Longwood (8-2, 4-0 Chicago South) offense with 23 points. Tabrea McCray had 17 points, eight rebounds and nine steals.
Oak Lawn 51, Lemont 35: Jill Steigerwald scored 12 points and LaTondra Brooks scored 11 for Oak Lawn (4-3, 1-1 South Suburban Red).
Minooka 33, Oswego East 21: Undefeated Minooka (8-0) was fueled by Kayla Finch’s 11 points.
Morgan Park Academy 42, North Shore 26: Isabelle Panazzo’s 19 points helped Morgan Park Academy (3-5, 1-0 Independent Schools League) move past North Shore.
Orr 43, Chicago Math & Science 38: Chasity White contributed 19 points and Angel Wynn chipped in 15 to pace Orr (7-5, 2-2) in the Chicago West.
Powerhouse 36, Phoenix 15: Persephonie Allen put up 20 points with 10 boards and five blocks to help bring Powerhouse (5-5, 4-0) to .500 for the year.
Providence-St. Mel 31, Cristo Rey 29: Lydia White had nine points for Providence-St Mel (2-6, 2-1 Chicago Prep) in the narrow win.
T.F. South 41, Richards 40: Dominique Brooks’ nine points helped put T.F South (3-3, 2-0 South Suburban Blue) over the top.
Timothy Christian 46, Westmont 18: Cassidy Block’s 15 points powered Timothy Christian (5-1).
U-High 56, Parker 36: Sophia Gatson dropped 20 points in the U-High (4-2, 2-0 Independent School League) win.
Willows 42, Elgin Academy 21: Monica Hinderer had a double-double of 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead Willows (6-0, 2-0) in the Independent School League contest.
