Montini 61, St. Edward 42: Diamond Thompson and Kateri Stone both scored 10 points for No. 10 Montini (5-1).

Proviso East 67, Leyden 16: No.25 Proviso East moved to 5-1 for the season with help from Kalea Park (16 points), Jakeisha Wells (14 points) and Stacey Welch (10 points).

Ag. Science 37, Fenger 14: April Baar had 14 points and four steals.

Carver 40, ACE Tech 27: Samantha Covarruvias had 17 points and Imane Newsome had eight for Carver (3-3, 2-0 Metro South).

Christ the King 61, Chicagoland Jewish 37: Jada Wilson put up 24 points with 12 rebounds and Timnesha Caldwell had 18 points with 12 boards to lead Christ the King (2-1, 1-0 Chicago Prep) over Chicagoland Jewish.

Clemente 37, Orr 35: Anais Rodriguez had eight points, including the game-winning shot for Clemente (2-0).

Crystal Lake South 45, Woodstock North 39: Stephanie Melone’s 13 points helped Crystal Lake South in the narrow win.

De La Salle 79, St. Scholastica 18: JaVonna Smith had 17 points, Renee Jones had 14 points and Akliah Fletcher had 12 points to take De La Salle to 5-1 on the season.

Elmwood Park 43, Ridgewood 38: Joanna Bukowinski had 17 points for Elmwood Park (3-4, 1-0 Metro Suburban).

Evanston 52, Maine East 22: Sinclair Cunningham put up 19 points.

Fremd 49, Hersey 41: Jessie Wiedemann had 16 points.

Glenbrook North 72, Waukegan 45: Rachel Dress scored 18 points in Glenbrook North’s fifth win of the year.

Grayslake Central 46, Vernon Hills 40: Sydney Smith had 14 points.

Harlan 55, Vocational 15: Harlan (6-0, 1-0 Windy City South) was led by Latisha Bennett (15 points, five assists) and Kasia Redding (14 points, four steals).

Harper 55, Bowen 22: LaQuesha Carter scored 13 points, Kanesha McKinley had 12 and Shakema Andrews had 11 in the Harper (2-0, 2-0 Chicago South) win.

Latin 50, Elgin Academy 18: Nikki Dizon put up 14 points, grabbed six boards and had eight assists. Caroline Kaplan had 12 points and 10 boards for Latin (6-0, 1-0 Independent School League).

Little Village 36, Chicago Math & Science 34: Patty Santiago had a team-high 22 points.

Lindblom 60, Washington 16: Effina Jackson totaled 20 points and Elizabeth Toye had 11 in the Lindblom (5-3, 2-0 Chicago South) victory.

Mother McAuley 44, Stagg 37: Sharon Frigo contributed 10 points to help Mother McAuley move to 2-4 for the year.

Oak Lawn 69, Morton 50: LaTondra Brooks led Oak Lawn (3-2) with 34 points.

Powerhouse 43, Farragut 37: Persephonie Allen had 16 points to go with eight boards and Natasha Pierce had 12 points with five boards for Powerhouse (3-3, 2-0 Metro West).

Reavis 41, Manteno 31: Stephanie Verduzco (15 points, nine rebounds) and Chanel Koepke (14 points, five rebounds) led Reavis (2-3).

Richards 54, Thornwood 46: Hannah Jenkins and Brianna LeBeau both scored 15 points with teammate Samantha Kusta scoring 12 to help take Richards to 3-1 for the year.

Riverside-Brookfield 51, Illiana Christian 41: Hannah Claywell scored 12 points and Danielle Peco scored 11 in the Riverside-Brookfield (5-0 1-0 Metro Suburban) win.

Romeoville 73, Plainfield Central 45: Romeoville stayed undefeated at 5-0 thanks to Kiera Currie (18 points, 11 rebounds) and Abby Smith (11 points, seven steals, six assists).

St. Ignatius 62, Queen of Peace 27: St. Ignatius moved to one game above .500 (4-3) with help from Kelly Nickele and Alyse belabic, who both scored 11 points in the game.

South Shore 30, Corliss 20: Theresa Hopson’s 10 points helped put South Shore (1-1, 1-1 Chicago South) over the edge.

Tilden 54, TEAM Englewood 45: Tilden (2-0, 2-0 Metro South) was powered by Keisha O’Neil (23 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists).

Trinity 62, Morgan Park 35: No.5 Trinity (2-0) was fueled by Megan Podkowa (17 points, 12 rebounds), Shannon McGinnis (11 points, six rebounds), Taylor Nazon (10 points) and Alyssa Dangler (10 points).

U-High 46, Morgan park Academy 30: Sothia Gatton’s 20 points and Kendall Rollins’ 17 points led the U-High (3-1, 1-0 Independent School League) offense.

Uplift 44, Austin 27: Renisha Darling had 13 points and nine boards for Uplift (4-2, 2-0 Chicago West).

West Aurora 61, Rosary 36: Alexis Nelson (19 points) and Alexis Wiggins (11 points) led the Blackhawks.

Willows 45, Parker 25: Monica Jinderer finished the game with 12 points, 20 boards and nine steals. Keelin McNally added 16 points and five rebounds in the Willows (5-0, 1-0 Independent School League) win.
