Bartlett 67, Metea Valley 43: The No. 10 Hawks (6-0) cruised to victory as Haley Videckis scored 39 points and had three steals. Kristen Conniff added 12 points and four rebounds.

Brooks 51, Hope 44: Dayneela Thrash scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for Brooks. Kayla Hayes also reached double figures for the Eagles with 10 points.

Elk Grove 41, Hoffman Estates 29: Diamond Boyd scored 24 points and pulled down 10 rebounds for the Grenadiers (2-2). Melissa Solorio contributed 10 points and seven rebounds.

Evanston 55, Waukegan 29: The Wildkits defeated the Bulldogs as Sinclair Cunningham had 20 points and six rebounds.

Grayslake Central 51, Barrington 42: Nicole Collins netted 13 points and Maddie Barz chipped in nine points for the victorious Rams.

Harlan 66, North Lawndale 55: Kasia Redding (25 points, 11 rebounds), Joshana Wimbish (8 points, 13 rebounds) and Latisha Bennett (seven points, four steals) led Harlan (5-0).

Huntley 44, Minooka 34: Sam Andrews had 16 points and three boards to spark Huntley (3-2). Kayla Linthicum added nine points and three steals, while Hayley Ream contributed eight points and 10 rebounds.

Libertyville 60, Westinghouse 31: Alex Haley and Dana Kym tallied 11 points apiece for Libertyville.

Maine South 48, Buffalo Grove 25: Michelle Maher scored 17 points and Jacqui Grant scored 13 points as the Hawks rolled past Buffalo Grove.

Marian Catholic 55, Mother McAuley 45: Marian Catholic (3-1) knocked off the Mighty Macs behind Megan Walsh's nine points and three steals.

Morgan Park 65, Antioch 40: The No. 9 Mustangs (3-2) were led by Kendyl Nunn who scored ten points and dished out five assists. Teammate Tammy Russell totaled 10 points and five boards.

Morgan Park 53, Providence 52: Kierra Graves had a good all-court game with 16 points, five assists and four rebounds to turn away the Celtics' upset bid. Nunn contributed 14 points, six assists and five rebounds.

Riverside-Brookfield 45, Nazareth 41: Seniors Meghan Orgler and Elena Duve scored 18 points and 15 points, respectively, to lift the Bulldogs (4-0) under first-year head coach Dallas Till to their own tournament title.

St. Edward 50, Aquin 41: The Green Wave moved to 5-0 as Rena Ranallo scored a team-high 13 points and Maddie Kerr chipped in 10 points.
