Cary-Grove 28, Crystal Lake South 27: At Prairie Ridge, Paige Lincicum scored 12 points and Olivia Jakubicek contributed eight points as the Trojans edged the Gators.

Prairie Ridge 38, McHenry 34: Kelsey Bear scored 13 points and Haleigh Danek contributed 10 points for the host Wolves.

Fremd 60, Deerfield 35: At Hersey, Ashley McConnell scored 21 points as the Vikings ripped the Warriors.

Zion-Benton 49, Hersey 45: Octavia Crump scored 22 points as the Zee-Bees edged the host Huskies.

Harlan 63, Brooks 25: At Rich Central, Latisha Bennett scored 17 points and Kendra Sole added 11 points for the Falcons (18-8). Joshona Wimbish posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. She added five blocks and three steals.

Payton 62, UIC Prep 52: At Ridgewood, Olivia Jones recorded a massive double-double with 21 point and 21 rebounds for the Grizzlies (17-6). Kara Rodby contributed 14 points.
