Trinity 68, Bogan 51: Megan Podkowa had an explosive offensive performance for No.3 Trinity (27-1), finishing with 28 points. Taylor Nazon and Lauren Procheska each added 11 points.
Clark 60, Fenton 39: Kadijah Porter poured in 18 points in the win for Clark.
Glenbard West 47, St. Francis 24: Claire Riley's 10 points were enough to move Glenbard West past St. Francis.
Hope 57, Ellison 40: Hope captured the 2A state regional title behind Barbara Carruthers's 14-point, 18-rebound performance. Tymeko Talbert chipped in 11 points and eight rebounds.
Kaneland 52, Rochelle 51: The Knights were led by the duo of Ashley Prost (13 points) and Allyson O'Herron (12 points) in the hard-fought win.
Riverside-Brookfield 56, Glenbard South 54: The Bulldogs (18-0, 9-3 Metro Suburban) edged Glenbard South thanks to solid performances from Danielle Peco (19 points) and Kiley Rusen (17 points).
Seton 55, Hope Academy 36: Ebony Bailey scored 14 points to help lead Seton to the the Class 1A regional title.
Woodstock North 56, Huntley 43: Aleecia Braun dropped 15 points on Huntley while Haylee Nutter added 14 points in the winning effort.
