Marist 48, Carmel 31: Claire Ryan and Asia Bey both scoed 12 points in the No. 4 Marist (27-1, 7-0 East Suburban Catholic) win.
Montini 53, Wheaton Academy 23: Nikia Edom had 10 points as the two-time defending Class 3A state champions (25-5) pounded the Warriors.
Fenwick 57, Providence 43: Meredith Boardman registered a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds. Jade Owens contributed 11 points, seven rebounds and five assists and Maya Garland added nine points and six rebouds as No. 13 Fenwick (20-7, 6-1 East Suburban Catholic) rolled.
Proviso East 59, Proviso West 52: Kalea Parks (19 points), Jakeisha Wells (16 points, seven rebounds) and Stacey Welch (12 points and six assists) powered No.16 Proviso East (20-7).
Downers South 49, Downers North 25: Alison Dece scored 25 points as the Mustangs ripped their crosstown rival.
Glenbard North 45, Wheaton North 37: Brianna Harn scored 12 points to lead the Panthers.
Glenbrook South 69, Lincoln Park 37: Colleen McDonagh led No. 20 Glenbrook South (19-6, 5-4) with 13 points.
Grayslake North 47, Crystal Lake Central 25: Kendall Detweiler's 14 points were a team-high for the Knights.
Lyons 49, Maine West 41: Ashanti Davis scored 13 points to lead the Lions. Kayla Morrissey contributed nine points in support.
Riverside-Brookfield 57, Leyden 35: Danielle Peco scored 15 points and Kiley Rusen contributed 12 points to power the victory for the Bulldogs (17-9, 8-3 Metro Suburban).
