Young 66, Marshall 39: Alexis Lloyd led the Dolphins with 22 points and Taylor Brame registered a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds in the No.1 Young (19-0, 7-0 Windy City West) win.
Homewood-Flossmoor 69, Joliet West 39: Charnelle Reed (17 points) and Danielle Woolfolf (14 points) paired up to power No.18 Homewood-Flossmoor (15-6, 6-2 SouthWest Suburban Blue).
Carver 48, Bronzeville 41: Samantha Cobarrabias led Carver (10-3, 7-3 Metro South) with 22 points and five assists. Imane Newsome added 10 points for the Challangers.
Corliss 33, Fenger 32: Janise McCaster scored 16 points and pulled down six rebounds as Corliss nipped Fenger. Dominiqie Nichols (11 points, four steals) and Marliea Williams (ten rebounds) also contributed for the Trojans (4-16).
Ida Crown 45, Providence-St.Mel 24: Courtney Rosenfield scored 22 points and Alliza Grant grabbed 11 rebounds for Ida Crown (13-7, 4-3 Chicago Prep).
Latin 64, King 57: Lizzie Marks scored 21 points and Caroline Kaplan scored 15 as the Romans (15-6) took down the Jaguars.
Lincoln-Way North 43, Bradley-Bourbonnais 23: The combo of Ashley Weringa (13 points) and Stephanie Pearson (10 points) provided the scoring to propel the Phoenix past Bradley-Bourbonnais.
Lindblom 56, Julian 43: Elizabeth Toye put up 22 points to lead Lindblom (16-5, 11-1 Chicago South). Cre Williams and Doneisha Hawks each scored 12 points for the Eagles.
Longwood 35, Ag. Science 32, OT: Khadijah Taylor led Longwood (17-6, 11-2 Chicago South) in the close matchup, scoring 10 points and grabbing 11 boards.
Manley 49, Ogden 40: Jequita Johnson and Laquita Young scored 14 points and 10 points, respectively, as Manley (9-8) surpassed the .500 mark on the season.
Morgan Park Academy 51, Woodlands 26: Morgan Park Academy (7-8, 3-2 Independent School League) moved one win closer to a .500 record with Melissa Bonner scoring 12 points.
North Lawndale 72, Clark 58: Kyra Brown totaled 16 points and six assists and Caprisha Treadwell had 15 points and nine rebounds as North Lawndale moved to 13-8.
Oak Forest 53, Lemont 41: Kelly McEathron's 17 points coupled with Katie Swanson and Emily Naegele's 13 points each fueled Oak Forest (13-7).
Oak Lawn 64, Shepard 46: LaTondra Brooks ended the night with a team-high 32 points in the Oak Lawn (11-8, 4-5) win. Brooke Annerino added 14 points.
Plano 46, Coal City 42: Plano (12-12, 3-5) was powered by Temira Ellis (14 points) and Zhate Jackson (10 points, eight rebounds).
Resurrection 58, Queen of Peace 42: Liz Rehberger led Resurrection (10-12, 2-4) with 16 points.
Simeon 47, Brooks 42: Cierra Selbie finished with 10 points and 10 assists while Jermerica Moore finished with 10 points and eight rebounds in the Simeon (9-12, 5-3 Windy City South) win.
South Shore 63, Washington 13: Theresa Hobson lit up Washington, scoring 30 points to go with seven assists. Teammate Tyneisha Wilburn scored 14 points as South Shore (5-7, 5-7 Chicago South) rolled over Washington.
Stagg 40, Lincoln-Way West 26: Maggie Yandel was atop Stagg (12-5, 6-1 SouthWest Suburban Red) scorers with eight points.
Tilden 37, Hancock 19: The duo of Victoria Booker (13 points) and Quee Cowler (11 points, 12 rebounds) was too much for Hancock to handle.
