Bartlett 59, Neuqua Valley 42: The No. 6 Hawks (22-0, 8-0) cruised past Neuqua Valley as Haley Videckis scored 19 points and dished out five assists. Kristin Conniff finished with 16 points.

Fenwick 71, Joliet Catholic 60: The No.13 Friars (14-5, 4-1 East Suburban Catholic) knocked off Joliet Catholic behind 22 points from Maggie Reilly and 19 points and 12 rebounds from Meredith Boardman. Jade Owens added 10 points and 11 assists.

Proviso East 52, Downers South 38: The No.22 Pirates (16-7, 7-1 West Suburban Gold) were led by Kalea Parks's 17 points and five rebounds. Jakeisha Wells was also a force with 12 points, eight rebounds, and eight blocks. Demetria Watson also added 12 points and Stacey Welch finished with eight points, eight assists, and five steals.

Aurora Christian 57, Wheaton Academy 43: Alyssa Henzel and Alyssa Anderson each scored 13 points in the win for Aurora Christian (8-12). Henzel also pulled down 12 rebounds and Anderson finished with seven boards.

DuSable 74, Hyde Park 45: The duo of Djonae Reed (24 points) and Dianne Sales 21 points, 10 rebounds, seven steals) was too much for Hyde Park. DuSable (11-11, 4-4 Windy City Central) also got help from Sierra Shaw (12 points, 5 assists) and Patricia Johnson (11 points, eight rebounds).

Foreman 38, Kelvyn Park 21: Dominique Baker's 12 points was enough to lead Foreman (6-7, 8-15 Metro North) to the win. Brittney Stevenson chipped in eight points and Stacy Ramon added six points.

Kaneland 54, Morris 20: The Knights (12-6) cruised past Morris behind Ashley Prost's 20 points and Emma Bradford's 15 points.

Kennedy 39, Kelly 17: Erin Maca (10 pts), Sam Sizemore (9 pts), and Abby Soriano (8 pts) helped lead Kennedy (9-2) past Kelly.

Kenwood 59, Dunbar 44: Kristina led Kenwood in scoring with 19 points. Gerald Brown (14 points) and Chaquita Brown (12 points) did their part to help earn the win.

King 46, Hope 42: Destiny Davis's 16-point, 16-rebound double-double helped lift the Jaguars (10-4, 4-3 Windy City Central) past Hope. Keesha Simpson helped the cause with 13 points and 15 rebounds.

Latin 64, Gordon Tech 39: Caroline Kaplan had a solid game for Latin (14-6), scoring 26 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Nikki Dizon also had a strong outing with 19 points, 18 rebounds, and eight assists.

Lincoln Park 49, Northside 27: Jasmine Williams dazzled for Lincoln Park (11-6, 7-0 Windy City North), finishing with 23 points.

Payton 50, Senn 26: Olivia Jones had a well-rounded performance for Payton (15-3, 12-1), scoring 16 points and pulling down 14 rebounds.

Phillips 52, Perspectives-Calumet 28: The Wildcats (17-5, 13-0 Blue Central) were led by Asia Jones's 18 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 steals. Ashley Seaton finished with 14 pts and six rebounds and Zemoria Jernigan scored 13.

Rich South 63, Kankakee 50: Tierra Webb turned in a triple-double, finishing with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 steals. Kiela Garner added 11 points and five steals for Rich South (14-4, 5-1)

Streamwood 69, Larkin 55: Hannah McGlone was unstoppable for Streamwood (8-9, 5-3), dropping 33 points on Larkin. She also owned the boards, pulling down 16 rebounds.

Universal 36, Lycee Francais 21: Mariam Ahmad lifted Universal to the win with 14 points. Adela Zarzour chipped in eight points.
