Young 76, Niles West 40: Star forward Linnae Harper scored 23 points and added 15 rebounds and six steals as visiting top-ranked Young (16-0) ripped the No. 21 Wolves in a nonconference showdown. Janee Thompson contributed 22 points and Alexis Lloyd added a double-double with 20 points and 10 steals.
Marist 71, St. Viator 42: No. 3 Marist (19-0, 4-0 East Suburban Catholic) remained perfect on the season behind solid efforts from Asia Bey and Jetaun Rouse, who scored 17 points and 16 points, respectively.
Benet 72, Bishop McNamara 53: Sidney Prasse starred offensively with 27 points for the No. 10 Redwings (14-4, 4-1) in an East Suburban Catholic game.
St. Joseph 56, De La Salle 51: Briya Wilborn scored 13 points and hauled in 10 boards for the No. 25 Chargers (15-5, 3-2 GCAC White). Deja Horn shared top scoring honors with 13 points.
Dwight 36, Wilmington 27: Claire Elsey scored 14 points and pulled down nine rebounds for Dwight (6-14).
Elk Grove 42, Lake Forest 34: Diamond Boyd recorded a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds to power the Grenadiers over the Scouts.
Ellison 61, Chicagoland Jewish 25: Brandi Miner dominated the action with 14 points, 21 rebounds and eight steals for Ellison (15-5, 8-0 Chicago Prep). Diamond Taylor also played well with 17 points and eight boards.
Evanston 56, Bowman Academy (Ind.) 30: Erin Boothe tallied 14 points and Alecia Cooley added 10 points for Evanston. Angelika Pointer chipped in eight points for the victorious Wildkits.
Guerin 51, Aurora Christian 49, OT: Rebecca Bartnicki poured in 18 points for the Gators (19-3, 5-1 Suburban Christian Gold) in a thrilling overtime victory.
Latin 47, Lake Forest Academy 45: Nikki Dizon had 16 points, seven rebounds and five assists as the Romans nipped Lake Forest Academy.
Marshall 48, Parkway Academy (Fla.) 40: Lyric Bryant (17 points), Aphiphany Woods (12 points) and Marquiesha Grant (11 points) all reached double figures for the Commandos (13-4).
Mother McAuley 60, Regina 25: Lauren Carlson scored 12 points to lead the Mighty Macs (12-8).
Phillips 38, Raby 25: Asia Jones had 11 points, 12 rebounds and eight steals for Phillips (16-5, 13-0 Chicago Central). Ashley Seton added 12 points and five assists.
Plano 41, Lisle 39: Clarisa Martinez paced the Reapers (11-11, 3-5 Interstate Eight) with 15 points, nine rebounds and four blocked shots. Zhate Jackson aldso helped the cause notching 12 points, nine boards and four assists.
Sandwich 48, Manteno 43: Anna Ford's 12 points paced a balanced attack for the Indians, which also featured nine points apiece from Kaylyn Wedra and Morgan Murphy and eight points from Kayla Phillips.
Stagg 54, Queen of Peace 36: Casey McMahon’s 14 points fueled Stagg (10-5) against the Pride.
Stevenson 41, Warren 32: Freshman Taylor Buford led the Patriots (15-5, 6-1 North Suburban Lake) with 13 points while Alex Elzinga contributed 10 points and 10 rebounds.
Timothy Christian 55, Elmwood Park 42: Cassidy Block (18 points) and Tessa Roman (10 points) sparked the Trojans past the Tigers in Metro Suburban Conference action.
U-High 45, Holy Trinity 26: Sophia Gatton scored 16 points and Kendall Rallins netted 15 points as U-High cruised to victory.
Wheaton Academy 32, Immaculate Conception 29: The Warriors edged the Knights, led by Sarah Durry's 11 points
