Fremd 66, Barrington 40: Jessi Wiedman totaled 19 points and Ashley McConnell totaled 16 as No.14 Fremd (16-3, 5-0 Mid-Suburban West) took down Barrington.

Glenbrook South 49, Evanston 41: Colleen McDonagh finished the night with 17 points and Molly McDonagh with 12 for No. 22 Glenbrook South (15-4, 4-2 Central Suburban South) win.

Chicago Richards 47, Perspectives-MSA 21: Tatiana Terrell finished with 15 points for Chicago Richards.

Bogan 68, King 33: China Davis had 11 points and Jasmine Harris added nine for Bogan (12-7, 7-0 Windy City Central).

Cristo Rey 41, Juarez 21: Ivonn Duranc (nine points, six rebounds), Louiza Franco (eight points, eight rebounds) and Lupe Banda (eight points, six rebounds) joined forces in the Cristo Rey (11-5, 5-3 Chicago Prep) win.

Curie 49, Robeson 31: Curie (16-5, 11-1 Chicago Central) cruised behind the efforts of Kaitlyn Manning-Allen (17 points) and Kedoncia Duckworth (16 points).

DuSable 52, Hope 48: Dianne Sales finished with 23 points and five boards while Chakena Sims chipped in with 13 to go along with her 17 rebounds for DuSable (10-11, 3-5 Windy City Central). Djonae Reed added 11 points.

Foreman 38, Rickover 14: Brittany Stevenson finished with 12 points to go along with her seven steals for Foreman (7-15, 5-7 Metro North).

Hersey 40, Buffalo Grove 29: Jen Hall finished with a team-high 19 points for Hersey (12-8, 3-2 Mid-Suburban East).

Kennedy 70, Hirsch 42: Selina Lopez was good for 24 points for Kennedy while Davayna Gibson (12 points) and Sam Sizemore (10 points) also contributed.

Lake Park 46, East Aurora 42: Nicole Moore scored 15 points as Lake Park (8-9, 2-5 Upstate Eight Valley) narrowly defeated East Aurora.

Lemont 35, Argo 29: Courtney Toth dropped 20 points on Argo.

Lincoln Park 60, Von Steuben 41: Lincoln Park (9-5, 6-0 Windy City North) was led by Amber Whitherspoon's 16 points while Jasmine Williams contributed with 15 points.

Lincoln-Way West 56, Thornridge 26: Mandy Hazzian netted 14 points for Lincoln-Way West.

Morgan Park Aacademy 32, Illinois Lutheran 24: Kelly Sorfleet led the way with 15 points for Morgan Park Academy (6-8).

Northside 29, Lane 28, OT: Anastasia Jermihov's 12 points were enough as Northside (9-9, 3-3 Windy City North) topped Lane in overtime.

Oak Forest 52, Reavis 39: Katie Swanson scored 17 points and Emily Naegele scored 14 as Oak Forest moved to 11-7 on the season.

Oak Lawn 57, Mount Assisi 48: Jannah Mahmoud netted 14 points and LaTondra Brooks had 11 for Oak Lawn (10-7).

Parker 32, Elgin Academy 31: Reilly Bruce finished with 12 points including the game-winning three-pointer in overtime for Parker (7-13, 2-4 Independent School League).

Phillips 56, Kenwood 35: Zemoria Jernigan led Phillips (15-5, 10-0 Chicago Central) in scoring with 14 points to go with her six steals. Sheree English had 12 points and Asia Jones had 10.

Rowe-Clark 40, Johnson 18: Nisha Pierce finished with 22 points and six steals for Rowe-Clark (11-4, 9-0).

St. Joseph 69, Resurrection 56: Donna Koerber had a big night for the Chargers (14-5), recording a double-double of 28 points and 10 rebounds to go with three steals in St. Joseph's win.

Taft 42, Chicago Academy 38: Kyda Vidas netted 14 points and Kassie Prusko had 11 for Taft (19-3, 11-1 Chicago North).

Tilden 39, Talent 32: D.J. Hamilton (17 points, 14 rebounds, eight steals) and Keisha O’Neal (15 points, 10 rebounds, six steals) took Tilden to 14-2 for the year.

Willows 44, Woodlands 25: Monica Hinderer led Willows (16-0) with 13 points and 14 boards while Keelin McNally added 10 points in the win.
