Downers South d. Benet 25-14, 25-15: David Manganiello led the way with 10 kills and 5 aces, and Sam Kull added two kills and three blocks for the Mustangs (32-5) in the Benet Regional final.

Elk Grove d. Bartlett 25-18, 25-20: Michal Kawa (10 kills) and Aaron Kraus (6 kills) helped lead the Grenadiers past the Hawks in the Conant Regional final. Jeff Miceli contributed 22 assists for Elk Grove.

Lincoln-Way East d. Brother Rice 25-22, 27-25: Nate Royer had nine kills and three digs to fuel the host Griffins to a regional title.

New Trier d. Loyola 25-19, 25-15: Andrew Gates had eight kills and a block, and Jesse Solomon recorded five kills, three aces and three blocks for the host Trevians in a regional final. Bennett Wakenight added four kills and four blocks, and Eric Kerr had 18 assists for New Trier (31-6).

Providence d. Lincoln-Way North 25-21, 25-23: Marty Ross had 12 kills and four blocks to lead the Celtics to the Marian Catholic Regional championship. Tim Sanders added seven kills, and Karl Schramm 18 assists for Providence (23-9).

St. Ignatius d. Lane 25-18, 25-20: Rimas Grybauskas led the Wolfpack with 19 kills and three blocks in a regional semifinal win against the Indians at Gordon Tech.

Stevenson d. Warren 25-19, 25-16: Danny Gescheidle (nine kills, nine digs) and Nikola Antonijevic (eight kills, nine digs) powered the Patriots past the Blue Devils in the Lake Forest Regional final.
