New Trier d. Waukegan 25-8, 25-17: Bennett Wakenight had six kills for No. 6 New Trier (14-3).

Fenwick d. Gordon Tech 25-10, 25-21: Joe Kelly had seven kills and Peter Carey added five for Fenwick

Glenbard West d. Hinsdale Central 25-12, 25-23: Ian Lawson recorded 10 kills and two blocks while Alex Kahn finished with eight kills and five digs in the Glenbard West win.

Glenbrook North d. Highland Park 24-26, 25-23, 25-21: Glenbrook North (11-4, 2-0 Central Suburban North) won in three games behind Patrick Bedford's 14 kills.

Loyola d Mount Carmel 25-22, 23-25, 25-15: Chris Bulava totaled 13 kills and four blocks while Jacob Robinson-Lieberman added seven kills and Peter Sylvain had 33 assists.

Maine South d. Niles W. 18-25, 25-10, 25-13: Greg Sims contributed with 10 kills and Joe Pearson had 18 assists for Maine South (7-4, 1-1 Central Suburban South).

Warren d. North Chicago 25-9, 25-12: Eric Lindsay had nine kills, a block, an ace and four digs for Warren (12-4). Tyler Smith contributed with nine assists.
