Addison Trail d. Morton 17-25, 28-26, 25-19: Dan Flores (11 kills), Armin Trgo (nine kills, 14 digs), Blazej Sadowski (eight kills, seven blocks), Mario Rojba (six kills), Jack Andrews (24 assists) and Tom Connelly (11 digs) led Addison Trail.
Barrington d. Fremd 25-13, 25-12: Ryan Sarkar had seven kills while Tommy Leonard and Jeff Hochstein had six apiece.
Brother Rice d. St Rita 30-28, 25-16: Brother Rice (6-6, 1-0 Catholic League) was led by Brian Pomorski (nine kills), Dan Weisher (seven kills), Matt Kill (six kills) and Dan Dwyer (12 assists).
Downers North d. York 26-24, 25-15: Greg Petty led Downers North (3-1) with 11 kills and two aces. Zack Parik had 21 assists.
Downers South d. Hinsdale South 25-10, 25-22: Paris McFall had six kills in the win for Downers South (3-1, 1-0 West Suburban Gold).
Illiana Christian d. Wheaton Academy 25-18, 25-23: David VanDrunen had four kills, an assist and one block. Dale Krygier totaled 13 assists and two blocks.
Kelvyn Park d. Curie 25-19, 25-21: Kelvyn Park (8-3, 2-1 Gold) was led by Ronald Mujaca (seven kills, two blocks and eight digs), Kevin Munoz (two blocks, seven assists) and Luis Lopez (three kills, three blocks and 10 digs).
Lake Park d. Metea Valley 25-23, 25-12: Lake Park (10-2) was led by Trace Szczygiel (13 kills, two aces), Michal Ragan (eight kills), Matt Ciagala (five kills), Matt McCown (24 assists) and Jeremy Bolnius (10 digs).
Lyons d. Proviso West 25-11, 25-16: Mark Hogan registered five kills and three blocks for Lyons (5-1). Jack O'Malley had four kills. Jack Gouty had two kills and 12 assists.
Maine East d. Waukegan 25-10, 25-13: Karol Grezbien had four kills and once ace and Adam Bloniarz had two aces for Maine East (4-2).
Northside d. Young 20-25, 25-21, 25-22: Northside (3-3, 2-1 Gold) was led by Luke Sobieraj (16 kills, 17 assists) and Wes Morioka (17 kills, 15 kills).
