Chicagoland Jewish 5, Holy Trinity 3: Josh Perry found the back of the net twice for Chicagoland Jewish (4-5, 4-2 Chicago Prep). Jonathan Chasin scored a goal and had an assist.

Highland Park 3, Niles North 0: Oscar Pozo had a pair of goals for Highland Park (7-3-0, 1-1-0 Central Suburban North).

Homewood-Flossmoor 1, Lockport 0: Phil Huang scored the game-winning goal for Homewood-Flossmoor (3-3-2, 1-0 SouthWest Suburban Blue).
