Curie 70, Muskegon Heights (Mich.) 58: In Muskegon, sophomore 6-10 center Cliff Alexander scored 20 points and grabbed 16 rebounds for the No. 7 Condors (12-1). The Condors broke open a close game by outscoring Muskegon Heights 20-12 in the final quarter. Devin Foster contributed 17 points and Jibreel Jackson registered 13 points, four assists and four steals.
Detroit Country Day (Mich.) 67, Vocational 45: Despite 20 points from star guard Robert Hurd, the Cavaliers (10-5) fell to the Michigan power in Muskegon.
Dunbar 65, Clemente 50: Darvell Harris and James Simmons scored 15 points apiece as the Mightymen (8-1) continued their hot start to the season.
Glenbard North 56, WW South 42: Josh Fleming scored 18 points and Ryan Krueger added 12 points in leading the Panthers (7-6, 4-1 DuPage Valley).
Lakes 63, Grant 37: Tanner Blain scored 17 points and Justin Bergeron added 10 points for the Eagles (10-6, 4-1 North Suburban Prairie).
Latin 65, St. Benedict 59: Chaz Stevenson led the way for the Romans (8-3) with 23 points. Liam Farley added 13 points for Latin.
Luther North 63, St. Martin de Porres 23: Zach Kushner and James Mazzone scored nine points apiece for the Wildcats (5-11).
Orr 70, East Chicago (Ind.) 42): Marquise Pryor and Devontay Jones had 17 points apiece to power the Spartans (8-3) to a victory at the Bob Hambric Shootout at T.F. North.
Parker 63, Holy Trinity 46: Judd Barron scored 27 points as the Colonels (9-5) ripped the Tigers in nonconference play. Zak Kupferberg added 19 points.
Simeon 59, Miller Grove (Ga.) 56: In the marquee game of the Cancer Research Classic in Wheeling, West Virginia, Jabari Parker had 20 points, six rebounds and four assists as the top-ranked Wolverines (13-0) built a double-digit lead in the first half and withstood Miller Grove's late rally. Junior guard Kendrick Nunn added 19 points and made two free throws with 10.8 seconds to play to seal the victory.
Taft 53, Maine South 51: John Joyce scored 17 points to lead three double-figure scorers for the Eagles (11-6). Tim Reamer contributed 15 points and Josh Doss added 11 points.
Walther Lutheran 64, Montini 53: Patrell Green scored 20 points and Jon Fuqua added 14 points as the Broncos (7-6, 3-0 Suburban Christian Gold) pulled away.
