Crystal Lake Central 63, Cary-Grove 49: The Tigers (8-0) were sparked by Chase Cane's 22 points and Corban Murphy's 16 points.

Elk Grove 51, Barrington 50: Zack Solorio (12 points) hit the game-winning shot for the Grenadiers (3-6, 1-2). They were led by Austin Amann's 20 points.

Dunbar 52, Schurz 32: Eric Ross led the Mightymen to victory with 12 points.

Gordon Tech 68, Montini 60: Malik Graham finished with 17 points in the Rams' (3-5) win. Sam Rarick also turned in a 15-point performance.

Harlan 69, Argo 33: Andre Hogan turned in a 19-point performance for the Falcons (4-0). Travon Mackie added 12 points and 10 steals and Anthony Knights finished with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Lake Zurich 36, Prairie Ridge 24: Mirko Grcic lifted the Bears (5-5) past Prairie Ridge with 16 points and eight rebounds.

Lane 45, Brookfield Academy, Wisc. 38: The Indians moved past Brookfield Academy thanks to Admir Sulijic's 10 points.

Taft 62, Marist 61: John Joyce's 16 points and Josh Doss's 15 points helped the Eagles (4-5) squeak past the Redhawks.

Westminster Christian 61, Alden-Hebron 35: The trio of Colin Brandon (18 points), Will Woodhouse (14 points), and Josh Beachler (12 points) helped the Warriors (6-4, 3-0) get past Alden-Hebron.
