Kaneland 70, Sycamore 42: Marcel Neill scored 22 points and Rever Heinle added 10 for the Knights (4-3, 2-0 Northern Illinois Big 12 East).
North Chicago 77, Vernon Hills 65: Senior guard Aaron Simpson scored 33 points and Marzhon Bryant added 16 points for the No. 19 Warhawks (5-1, 3-0 North Suburban Prairie).
St. Charles East 56, Geneva 43: Dom Adduci scored 25 points as the Saints (5-2, 3-0 Upstate Eight River) remained unbeaten in conference play. Charlie Fisher added 10 points.

Bogan 82, Rockford Guilford 39: Devonta Smith scored 19 points and Kendall Wesley and Ronnell Buckner contributed 13 points apiece as the No. 7 Bengals (6-0) ripped the Vikings in Peoria.
Bishop McNamara (Md.) 65, St. Rita 59: In Washington (D.C.), the No. 5 Mustangs dropped their third straight game despite Cullen Foulks' 19 points and Tony Hicks' 13 points.
McCluer (Mo.) 78, Hyde Park 70, OT: In St. Louis, the No. 22 Thunderbirds suffered their first loss against the top-ranked team in Missouri's large-schools class. Lamont Mims scored 19 points in leading Hyde Park (2-1). Moshawn Thomas contributed 13 points and Kyle Davis added 10 points.
Soldan (Mo.) 59, Morgan Park 44: Billy Garrett Jr. scored 14 points for the No. 16 Mustangs (1-2), who lost to the top-rated small-school in the St. Louis area.
Seton 62, Milwaukee Hamilton 59, OT: In Waukesha (Wis.), senior guard Jordan Foster scored 14 points as the No. 10 Sting remained perfect (10-0). Kamal Shafi added 13 points.
Hope Academy 64, Rantoul 61: In the Shootout at the Hall at Parkland College in Champaign, senior forward Torrance Johnson scored 31 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for the Eagles (8-1). Junior point guard Jalen James, who has given Illinois an oral commitment, contributed 14 points.
Jones 65, Schurz 55: Jones (6-1) was powered by Courtney Colpland (22 points, eight rebounds), Jon Chico (19 points) and Max Puidock (11 points).
Lane 40, Du Sable 35: Admir Sulijic scored 13 points in improving the Indians' mark to 4-3.
Parker 56, Perspectives-MSA 52: Judd Barron scored 32 points to power the Colonels (5-2).
St. Benedict 84, Luther North 52: Henry Mireku scored 24 points and hauled down 12 rebounds to lead the Bengals (7-1). Freshman point guard Marshawn Williams scored 14 points and distributed eight assists. Earl Briggs added 11 points and 11 rebounds.
St. Ignatius 68, St. Patrick 66: Guard Brian Howard scored 26 points and Abdoulle Conteh added 14 points for the host Wolfpack (6-1).
