The hyperbole is through the roof on Simeon. Will they be the greatest team ever? We should probably let them play a few games before hanging those expectations on them. The first chance to get a look at the top-ranked Wolverines is Saturday on Me-TV, as the Game of the Week kicks off with a doubleheader from UIC: Homewood-Flossmoor vs. Morgan Park and Hillcrest vs. Simeon.

“Our schedule is as competitive as it has ever been,” executive producer Fred Weintraub said. “Anytime you have Simeon, Young, some great suburban matchups and all the Public League Championship action you become the home for the best in high school basketball.”
