Leyden 69, Austin 40: In the regional quarterfinal at Leyden, Eric Palmer had 16 points to lead the way.

Maine West 50, Von Steuben 42: Conor Hart had 19 points to lead Maine West to a win in its own regional quarterfinal.

Westinghouse 70, Addison Trail 57: Ricky Battles led Westinghouse with 20 points while Dewan White contributed 11 rebounds in the regional quarterfinal at Willowbrook.

Clark 49, Ellison 46: Michael Sample had 18 points to lead Clark in the regional quarterfinal at Wheaton Academy.

Lincoln-Way West 72, Bremen 65: Robert Hubbard had 18 points to lead the way for Lincoln-Way West in the regional quarterfinal at Hillcrest.

Rauner 61, Urban Prep 52: Eron Johnson had 17 points to lead Rauner in the regional quarterfinal at Harper.
