Lincoln-Way North 9, Joliet Central 2: Jack Troika drove in three runs as the Phoenix won their first game of the day. Tyler Gaynor earned the win.

Lincoln-Way North 7, Providence 3: Reed Hero homered and Colin Kintz (2-0) pitched four no-hit innings as the Phoenix (6-0) won its second game of the day.

Stagg 7, Oak Lawn 3: Angelo Angelos was 3-for-3 with two RBI and Kyle Beluomini went 2-for-3 with two runs to pace the Chargers to the win. Sal Cortez had a two-run double for Oak Lawn (6-3).
