Andrew 6, Hinsdale Central 4: Brian Cobb went 3-for-3 with two RBI in the win for Andrew (3-1).

Aurora Central 13, Walther Lutheran 5: Matt Czerak went 2-for-3 with three RBI for Aurora Central (1-0). Ryan Herrald was the winning pitcher and went 1-for-1 from the plate with two RBI.

Cary-Grove 4, Murphysboro 1: Matt Byrne went 2-for-2 with an RBI and two runs for Cary-Grove (2-1). Joe Spoelstra struck out four in six innings.

De La Salle 8, Morton 6: Zach Wiseman, Ricardo Ramirez and Sal Romando each went 2-for-3 for De La Salle (1-0).

Downers Grove North 2, WW South 1, 10 inn.: David Wilk drove in the game-winning run for Downers Grove North (1-0).

Joliet West 13, Plainfield Central 9: Trey Martin went 3-for-4 with six RBI to lead Joliet West (1-0-1).

Jones 17, Kennedy 3, 5 inn.: Matt Lipman tossed a no hitter, allowing six hits in the win for Jones (4-0). Martin Lara went 2-for-2 with three runs and three RBI's. Daniel Corral went 2-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI.

Juarez 16, Hyde Park 2, 5 inn. Oscar Hernandez (1-0) picked up the win for Juarez (1-4).

Leo 11, Longwood 0: Phillip Byrd was the winning pitcher for Leo (3-0).

Loyola 2, Highland Park 1: Jack Marren fanned five and allowed five hits in his complete-game win for Loyola (1-1). Max Hogan and Logan Spurlin went 2-for-3 with one run each. Eric Hagman went 1-for-2 with an RBI. Fred Smart went 1-for-3 with an RBI.

Manteno 13, Bishop McNamara 6: Joey DiLeo went 3-for-4 with four RBI and a double for Manteno (6-0).

Marmion 7, Aurora Christian 6: Shane Cano picked up the win. Tim Tarter went 2-for-3 with an RBI, two runs and a double.

Minooka 6, Lincoln-Way East 1: Dakota Brown went 2-for-4 with an RBI. Nick White went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Mount Carmel 14, Lane 1: Chris Sukja went 1-for-3 with a grand slam. Jason Gaser went 1-for-3 with a two-run double. Sam Kint went 1-for-1 with a homer.

Mundelein 10, Danville 4: Ben Mahar (2-0) allowed two runs in five innings for the win. John DeVito went 4-for-4 with a triple, two doubles and three RBI. Charlie Gandolp hit a triple and walked three times.

Plainfield South 9, Herscher 1: Jake Roberts went 2-for-4 with a double, three RBI and one run.

Tinley Park 12, Washington 2: Dylan Osterman fanned 10 to pick up the win for Tinley Park (3-1).

Von Steuben 5, Maine 3: John Negron gave up one run and five hits in the win for Von Steuben (4-0). Julian Calixto went 2-for-3 with a homer.
