Lemont stuns Tinley Park

Clayton Fejedelem has made many big special teams plays for Lemont, but none quite as amazing as the return he turned in Friday night.
Fejedelem's 67-yard punt return touchdown with 11 seconds left in the game lifted the Indians to a stunning 37-33 South Suburban Blue win over host Tinley Park.
The Titans (4-2, 2-2) appeared set for a landmark win when the senior picked up the punt on a hop at the 33-yard line, used a stiff arm to spring free and dashed down the sideline for the game-winning score.
"I have no idea how I did it," Fejedelem said. "When I got the ball in my hands, I knew I had a chance. They made a mistake on their coverage and I just had to catch it and go because we just couldn't lose.
"I looked up at the scoreboard and thought This is for my team and my family, this is huge.'"
Lemont (6-0, 2-1) appeared to be in good shape late thanks to the heroics of Lee Taylor, who caught four touchdown passes among his nine receptions for 168 yards.
Taylor's final score, a 36-yarder from Mike Hall (17-of-28 passing, 245 yards, 4 TDs), helped put the Indians ahead 30-26 with 6 minutes, 24 seconds left.
But Tinley Park drove 65 yards to answer, with quarterback Kyle Sheridan's one-yard sneak capping the drive.
The Titans forced an incomplete pass on 4th and 2 with 1 minute, 16 seconds left and appeared to have the game wrapped up.
Fejedelem had other ideas.
"There are no words to describe this," Lemont coach Eric Michaelson said. "Clayton is great, but that play was too much to ask even him to make."
Down 13-9 at halftime, Hall, who was making his first start in place of the injured Mike Medwed, connected with Taylor on TD passes of 9 and 24 yards in the third to help Lemont to a 23-13 lead.
The Titans answered with TD runs of six yards by Hassan Abdullah (31 carries,152 yards) and three yards by Sheridan.
Abdullah scored on an 11-yard TD run and Sheridan (14-of-23 passing, 192 yards) found Owen Griffin for a 5-yard TD pass in the first half to help Tinley Park take the lead to the break.
Jack Forrest rushed for 81 yards on 13 carries for Lemont.
