St. Benedict 8-16, Providence-St. Mel 5-3: In Game 2, Alejandro Ponce threw a two-hitter and struck out 10, while Holp Norris (4-for-4, double, triple, three RBI, four runs) and Jon Patino (3-for-4, two homers, five RBI, three runs) led St. Benedict (3-10, 3-4 Chicago Prep) at the plate.
