South Shore tops Phillips

South Shore 14, Phillips 3: Cortez Chapman threw all five innings, striking out six in picking up the win. He also was a star at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two runs scored for South Shore (9-8, 8-4 Ernie Banks). The Tars also got big games from Walter Rodgers (3-for-4, two runs, three RBI), Rashiem Stanton (2-for-3, two runs, RBI) and Rodney Montgomery (1-for-3, run, three RBI).
