The No. 15 Crusaders scored on their first six possessions in seizing a 41-0 advantage at the break. Senior fullback Jack Philbin scored three first half touchdowns on runs of three, seven and 20 yards for the host Crusaders (7-2). Quarterback Tom Gibson also threw a seven-yard touchdown pass to Matt O’Neill. Deon Landfair scored on a 20-yard touchdown pass from Toryan Smith for the Sting (1-8).
