Schaumburg 11, Prospect 3:Led by pitcher George Kalousek, Schaumburg defeated Prospect 13-3 Wednesday in Mid-Suburban East play.

Kalousek picked up the victory, going five innings while striking out five and walking two. He also helped his cause with a home run.

Steve Mahler went 4-for-4 with a three-run triple for Saxons (11-4, 5-2), who also took advantage of several Prospect errors.

The Knights were led by Tim Scanlan (3-for-4, RBI).
