Providence stays undefeated

Providence d. Gordon Tech 25-16, 25-10: Still undefeated. That's the status of Providence, which beat Gordon Tech in Chicago Catholic League play on Thursday.

Hayden Grove had five kills, nine points and three aces for the Celtics (14-0, 6-0).

Jonathan Gustafson had 23 assists and six points, Dan Ruzich six points and six kills, Eric Daliege nine kills and seven points, Matt Teske seven points and three aces and Denny Falls nine points and two aces.

"Jonathan Gustafson spread his sets around and did a nice job running the offense," Providence coach Cindy Olczyk said. "Eric Daliege did a great job of hitting."
