Plainfield North 7, East Aurora 0: John Monge (3-for-4, two doubles) and Andrew Starks (2-for-4, two RBI) led the way as Plainfield North blanked the Tomcats in the Class 4A Benet Regional quarterfinals.

Mike Gislain pitched three-hit ball over six innings, striking out eight.
