Payton tops Lindblom

Payton 46, Lindblom 12: Justin Smith had eight carries for 60 yards and scored two touchdowns, including an 86-yard kick return, as Payton (1-2, 1-0) won its Great Lakes conference opener. Jack Kalanik led the Grizzlies’ defense with nine tackles and Emilio Flores added six tackles.
